Hi everybody, just got back from the cardioligist and there was no permanent damage to my heart from when I was sick. I have been very worried about this so am very relieved. This Monday ended up being a good one.

I found a RY4 that doesn't taste like perfume!!!! But....I get a hint of patchouli on the exhale.
