Hey guys,

Nice to see everyone's doing okay. Didn't get injured in any Black Friday madness, right?

I've spent the past few days going through 3 rooms with Heather and Jeff, voting on what needs to stay, what needs to go and what we can pack up. Heather's mom's health is worse than anyone knew. Her kidney function keeps fluctuating between stage 3-4 kidney failure.

We're going to see 7 houses tomorrow. My favorite house will be the first one on the tour. It's a 1954 brick house with hardwood floors, lots of mid-century modern detailing, over 2000 square feet, three fireplaces (one outside. a brick one on a large brick patio) and an attached carport that can be converted easily to a screened in porch, where H's mom will smoke.
So, that's what I'm up to. What are you guys doing?

Enid, that house sounds amazing! Sorry to hear of H's mom's situation. I'm on a "this has to go" kick myself. I've almost got the downstairs clutter free. I'm scared of the junk/cat/office-type room upstairs. I don't want to go in there...sigh...but must.
