I've drooled over the airport pics before.
It's a good thing that your DH isn't a smoker. I'd hate to have to find a "yellow box" there. At least, smoking isn't banned like chewing gum is. Still, Singapore is on our top 10 places to visit, if we ever win the lottery. I bought my sweetie a Petra, Jordan shirt since I can't really take him there.

Enid - turns out he's not there - he's down the road - that is his view (He called home and talked to the boys, I was at work) they misunderstood! lol

However - I sent him this link today - it was 1am when he got there so he didn't really check out the airport...

I smoked 3 cigarettes yesterday. My best friend for the past 18 years passed away yesterday. Very unexpected. She left behind 20 month old twin girls. I'm numb and in shock right now.

RIP Carly, I'll never be the same

(((Lynlee))) so sorry for the loss of someone so close to you. We are always hear to lend an ear or virtual shoulder. Don't beat yourself up about the smoking either. I would most likely do the same in such a seriously stressful situation

Don't dwell on the cigarettes you smoke - no one is perfect and everyone has their moments of temptation and need. Think of all the cigarettes you HAVEN'T smoked and keep moving forward.
Same with your friend - don't dwell on the life that was lost - dwell on the life that was lived.

and I had one day before yesterday too- put down my first baby- It was passed time, But I was never strong enough- I got to hold him and look in his eyes until he was gone-

I left the vets, and drove passed where our burned down house was- the house we lived in when BR brought him home to me during the worst period of my life- and you know what? Truth is, I really couldnt find any bad memories, Everything that I remember is good, or happy, or a warm fuzzy, or just inane- but nothing bad-

It still hurts, anytime I think about it, loosing the house, my grandmother- they make my heart heavy- and I know that soon, I will be able to think about Duke the same way- without crying- feeling sorry for myself and thinking the only thing that will make it better is a marlboro...
