Honestly, I'm not tracking my exercise because it was so wack. lol I just eat what is says I can. So if I go over, I don't freak.
But I worry that I'm stalling my weight loss by eating too few calories and messing with my metabolism. if that makes any
sense. I generally do the 30 day shred. According to different things I've found, that's good for 150-250 calories.
I'm in it for the long haul.
I go back to me endocrinologist next month for my yearly - and called today to schedule my thyroid ultra sound and lab work. She's been blowing me off since my numbers are in the low end of normal - so I'm brings my food log with me. You can print it out. To prove that something isn't right.
I've had issues ever since #1 was born 18 years ago... but all of our moves have hindered a good patient/doctor relationship and I finally got tired of feeling sick and tired. Low a and behold a Nurse practitioner found my thyroid lumps when I went to a Walgreens quick care for strep 2 years ago. Biopsies confirmed not cancerous (I have 2 nodules) but my doc sent me to this endo for further monitoring.
My regular dr isn't impressed either - but asked me to track etc and give her one more chance. If not happy, she'll give me a referral to the Dr I want to see. Of course this current endo is with the same hospital group - so they catch hell to refer outside the group. She needs a good reason to do so.
I'm not convinced I need meds, but I'm not convinced things are working as they should. lol
Though my Endo did ask for info on the e-cig (I had just gotten my 1st 1 month before I saw her the 1st time) and she asked about it again last year. She didn't like that I was still using it, but agreed, nicotine alone is better than all the stuff in a cig! She'd obviously done some research since our 1st appointment!
