well mini swears by them both you guys been vapin longer than me. Now the 901 I know has better flavor than the 510, I've tried one before, that's why I jumped on that PIF. mini says flavor of the 801 is better than the 901, and now you say the vapor is better than the 510. I'm sold! boB

Heya Mark. Got your sample today but haven't tried it yet. I've been vaping all the samples FSUSA sent me. Evidently they thought I needed 6 of them instead of my usual 1 or 2. Guess me not ordering in that 120ml sale paid off!

Interesting -- turns out I still have some TV tobacco, put it away when I started playing with DIY. Tastes change -- I much prefer my own blend.

lol...remember there's 2 ways to get to a desired wattage... a 7.4V device with a 5.2Ω atty is the same as a 5V device with a 2.4Ω atty... or 6V with a 3.4Ω atty/carto

lol iffin' I was here I'd have warned ya... the mega atties and cartos are a lower resistance...not good for 6V.... now the turbo cartos (the boges that are 3.2-3.4Ω) are pretty decent at 6V....

So, if I am reading this right is goes (Best to good) 801, 901, 510. Now where do the mods fit into this line up?

Those are different attomizers, they all come in regular resistance and low resistance.
I prefer the lr 2.0 801 on my Ego bat, because they also come in different resistances.
the 510 lr atty is usually 1.5 resistance which I personally find a bit too hot.

it all depends on the flavor of juice you're vaping really and if you're a dripper or not...
at 3.7V the order of lowest to highest heat produced is 901, 801, 306, joye 510, and then LR atties...
more heat is good for tobaccos, menthols and coffees...less for complex flavors and fruits as the higher heat washes the flavor (why alot of companies started doing flavor doublers and such)
so the 801 is right in the middle of the road was popular but at the same time not so much because they were big (they are the penstyles)... the short ones have changed that...
right now my fave is the 306 though but I'm dripping... threaded the same as a 510, but has an exposed bridge like a 401 (so you can dip it too), doesnt hold flavors like a 510, and is 2.5Ω versus the 510 2.2Ω so it's just slightly cooler but just as much vapor...
it's what I'm building my bottom fed mod around..
