bauway makes alot of stuff...a lot of people like their stuff... they did (or do have an interesting eGo clone)

I believe they're responsible for the SLB stuff...

your main companies are joye, kanger, bauway, smoore...theres a few more like royal smoker (which has some different and interesting designs)

depends on the model...
joye is hugely popular...their 510 atty resistance is lowerst at 2.2Ω and I LOVE the 306 atty which is joye.... their new USB eGo is snazzy
bauway is popular though their 510 atty resistance is higer (3.2-3.5Ω)
kanger seems to be going out of fad (those were mainly the KR808 stuff...but even v4l moved away from kanger)
eastmall sells mainly sailbao which is also SLB or DSE
the royalsmoker stuff has piqued interest and they have a couple new and different designs (the e2 cartos...and an interesting and different looking battery)
and boge is really popular as far as cartos go...

hmm...unless you're going to do a bunch of juices too I'd probably suggest more carto models...(as much as that pains me to say)
theres also a company out of MI that distributes cheap disposeable 808 models (called trust... the smoke shops in MI carry them for like $10 retail)

As a newbie, the 808 really is nice for me, and for the friends I've gotten started. "Take this battery, screw on this carto, and vape." is pretty effective. If you do go that way, the XL batteries do give the most bang for the buck IMO, with standard length ones for people who want something as close as possible to cigarette form factor.
(I am eyeing one of those Greencig 400 900mAh batteries for when I get to 90 days, but starting someone with 2 XLs, a charger, and some pre-filled cartos of halfway decent liquid lets people figure out if it's for them.)

Well it looks like I'm going with bauway - they are the only ones to respond so far to my requests. going to give it another day. got a little carried away so going to place order after I cool down. lol

Not a bad idea. And I would also suggest start simple. 510's seem like a good solid entry platform. Lots of good info on ECF as well as YouTube to help them along. But the cigar store can get $45 for disposables - wow; you could do well.
