I need to get the hang of that... half the reason I hate to cook is the MASSIVE clean up afterwords. >_<

I've never tackled creme brulle.

I've actually lost a couple of pounds because things taste better - I'm able to vape when I want something sweet. I need to loose a couple ( and their swinger friends) more.

I like to cook. But I make way too much. Drive people crazy making them take stuff.
They don't complain too hard though. Lol

I had never had ramen noodle until I met hubby. Or frozen burritos. I've could have missed the burritos.

What I'm about to say I mean as literally as it can possibly be taken...

I could eat nothing but ramen noodles for the rest of my life and be okay with that.

Our 13 yr old started showing an interest in baking last winter. He keeps asking when it'll get cool enough to bake again. He loves the science of it.

I've actually lost almost 20 lbs since I started vaping - but I'm on a diet anyway. Vaping just makes it easier not to snack.

Sallana: I love ramen noodles - but not over cooked or left to sit. I really want to know why my mom never bought them. Goodness knows we ate every other cheap thing there was. I've had so many potato hashes (shudder)...

Keys: at 120 you can't possibly be heavy or even leaning that way unless you are very very tiny in stature.

I am the cook at my house. Been doing it a long time and used to work for a very large company that sold food and equipment to restaurants. Played in a lot of nice kitchens back then.

My weakness is pasta. I could eat fettuccine Alfredo until I pass out.

I just got one of those pasta roller thingys. Haven't had the guts to try it yet.
