I was being the devils advocate on that one. I keep it down. When i was taking care of her I was always terrified my mom would hurt herself.

Rose: I'm the "her" lol. We deal with stuff all the time - I think that's why we get along so well. Very little is left to become "big" and become an issue.
We were those new parents with all the safety gadgets when ds#1 was born. Including a strap that looked like a seatbelt for the toilet lid. It was hell on our parents when they'd come to visit. We lived out of town from both sides for many years, so when one set would visit it was for the weekend or so. They couldn't open the doors because of door nob covers etc - but ds#1 could!
Yep. Door guards etc. Only seemed natural since one of my lock suppliers made them.
Yea, listening to music of my youth reminds me of both good and bad times. Funny how sounds or smells can do that.

Certain song 9and smells) can take me right back to where I was...if the feeling was good, it makes me happy. If I was down, it'll be like it's still going on. There is a song from 4 weddings and a funeral - Love is all around us - a remake by wet, wet, wet -have no idea who did the original - takes me back to being silly exhausted up all night with ds#1. Some late night "buy this" thing would be on in early (or late) hours and I'd be stuck listening to it because I couldn't reach the remote!
I haven't heard back from them yet. I did hear back from HC though.

You can order whatever you want. The way I set it up is 15 slots with a $30 limit per slot. After 15 slots, I'll total up what people want, and if there's money left within the limit, people can order more, or more slots will open. boB
