Homeish now
Sigh...why is it that anytime you think you actually might have some extra cash to play with either
A) something critical comes up that your child just has to have...
or worse
B) your pet chooses that exact moment to not act like itself, be stupid, and ends up needing to be taken on a vet run...

C) The vehicle that had been running perfectly goes :pPPPP
D) Family/friends need cash for an emergency
E) Long forgotten debt slaps you in the face
F) The normal paycheck, doesnt come...still working but someone made a typo. Which equals out to you dont get paid...no worries the employer will get you back someday.

If you find out the answer to that, would you please let me know!

or the washing machine decides to take a walk out the kitchen door, or the tiles start to fall off the bathroom wall and Hubby decides that it's the PERFECT time to remodel it :glare:

but I've been the vet route, too. My Fagan had to have surgery because he decided the kitchen tea-towel smelled good enough to eat, when he was just a year old.

well we've got a pug/beagle mix...normally he has zero of the hunting dog part of the beagle...except sniffing out when the kids have food...

bit he's got the slightly protruding eyes of the pug...and almost no coordination...

and I mean zero of the hunting dog...won't go after a cat or squirel or duck unless it's stuffed and has a squeaker and is within like 5 feet of him...

but for some reason this morning he decides to chase a squirrel...straight under the blackberry bush and thwaps himself in the eye with a branch from the bush..

lol...maybe I can hide one of the pills the vet gave in the cookie...

this is like the second time he's run into something and banged his eye....I swear I'm just gonna get him goggles..

I cut cheap cheddar cheese hunks into about 1" squares and slide the pills in. Mine love it when I say "want cheese?" (Course they go nuts when I forget and ask Hubby the exact same thing about his salad.)
