It's like a battery pack. It also has a flashlight which makes it easy to mod into an e-cig. The Tekkeon doesn't require a battery charger. It has two batteries in it and it charges by being hooked up to a USB outlet. It comes with several adapters and still will charge your cellpone/ipod on the go.. as well as vape at the same time. It's 5v regulated. It's a really, really good mod. Just talk to bob. Jeez.
