Thanks, PM sent. This is my first refinance, however it is an amazing one for us. We had a somewhat high interest rate and got it down to 4 percent. Because of that we switched to a 15 year from a 30 year mortgage and it only will cost us another $65/mo over what we were previously paying. So, worth all of the work we are doing now. We will have our house paid off in our 40s, yay!!!
Aww hun, chin up... think of how nice it will be next week when you've recovered from aches and pains and it looks nice a cozy and the refinance is approved!

Up describes the positive z-value in a gravitational field, just as "down" represents the negative z-value. The z-axis is the only axis that is not apparently arbitrary. The x and y values, "North", "South", "East", and "West" do in fact exist (and are named relative to the direction of the Earth's spin) but are not readily apparent.

yeah the red could stand to b a shade darker, but i think i'll wait to bring that up to alex until after some of the more important things are done.
