That isn't what's going on with TV though. One taste of capella gingerbread flavoring and one taste of PA's would tell you the story. He switched the recipe, same as he did with the AC. I have no idea why he's so dead set against just admitting it. I guess since the AC is so popular there was no way around it. (owning up) Maybe he figures he owns up again people gonna think he's going cheap?
I dunno, IMO you're better making a statement that in order to keep using the same flavorings you're going to have to bump prices, if that's the case. But he may figure the market's getting pretty competitive, and that may hurt him worse than just switching, playing dumb, and denying it. I dunno what he thinks, but I know what he's doing is wrong. That I know.
I also know that I'd handle a lot of things differently if it were me in that situation. Might be the reason he's where he's at, and I'm a broken down old carpenter. I believed in being honest even if it hurt me. Want someone to plumb your house? "I can do it, lot of guys better and quicker at that stuff than me. Prolly even save a few bucks by going with them in the end." Ya know....I still plumbed more houses than I wanted to going that route
Most people in life want honesty 1st and foremost. When I knew I was the best at something, I'd tell people there were cheaper people out there, heck I'd give them the names of some.....ended up doing most of that work too.

MCC is mint chocolate chip. It isn't the changes in his juices. His juices are good. It's his customer service that I've seen. Fortunately, I have never had an issue where I would need it, but..
If I knew the guy down the street could give me an oil change for $20 and would be up front and honest about any other service I needed, or go to the other place for a few bucks less, and not be able to trust what exactly he's doing to my car, or if I break down a mile down the road right after, that not only will he not offer a tow, he wouldn't throw me a paddle to up that crap creek. Which guy am I going to?

I Couldn't have said it better. That's why you and me will be having burger king instead of eating at the country club. But our conscience is clear. Most of my customers are people I'm dealing with for 15 years or more - they've gone from customers to friends.
I live by the advice my dad gave me (he actually engraved it on a desk set he made me)

Not all their juice is bad. Suppliers need to take the good juice from various flavoring companies. Tasty Vapor has put all their eggs in PA's basket, because PA is giving them like, super wholesale pricing. So they are using ONLY PA flavorings... even the awful ones.
I'm sure Capella's has some bad flavors, too. The answer? Don't use those ones!! It's pretty simple. But Geoff has become Wal-Mart. He really doesn't need to worry about quality quite as much.
The last order of A/C I got tasted like nothing.NOTHING!I am waiting for an order of GB,I told him I about the A/C in the comments section and I also told him I would liike to be able to taste the juice this time.I am hoping he replaces the A/C also.I DOUBT IT,and I will be ...... if I get bad GB and no replacement of A/C.It should be here today.

Yeah you know it's really getting ridiculous with some places. Yale locks started sourcing everything out to China - really shoddy product now - but yet had a 12% price increase? WTF? - For the first time in over 20 years I refuse to handle their products. From me that's saying a lot. I was factory trained by them and a factory service center for years.

Thanks Bob my dad was a true craftsman. Great cabinet maker (actually a minister by profession). He once gave a tea cart 12 coats of polyurethane. Kept sanding and redoing it until it was perfect.
As for BK - I used to work there when I was in college
