I made a comment that indirectly Geoff should be concerned with what the co-op might have done with his thread. He should be concerned since it ruining his reputation. He should have done 1) more to assure his customers and 2) put steps in place to make sure it never happens again.

Then a person (not Geoff) comments that I would blame Geoff if someone bought his product, ...... in it, then sold it via classified ads. Seriously? Does a person truly think that? That a co-op Geoff personally supplies is anywhere close to some outside disconnected 3rd person?

For real! I mean that could create a BAD situation. That were me, I'd be going to see a Dr. and DEMANDING to know, and if they didn't answer, there would be a lawyer involved to see to it that I got one. Man what is wrong with people? Is he lacing that with something.....some kind of "cool aid"?

I sent an email to vapor renu about the gingerbread being bad. 30 minutes later I got a response, here is an excerpt:
"I will give you a free bottle on your next order of whatever you want to replace the gingerbread. Thanks for the info on the gingerbread I have heard nothing negative till now so I will pull it from stock and re work it."

that is what I call great customer service

he also said:
"we are re working a lot of our flavors and are launching a wholesale flavor website within the next few weeks"

they got my business

I have to wonder if he has ever even read the book. I would guess NO.

Paula if that was directed at me please clarify. I've been vaping 4 months, if I get some juice from a vendor, and I start having chest pains and trouble breathing, and it's only one specific juice, and I ask the vendor what's in the juice and I don't get an answer. I would do exactly as I outlined. 1. Go see a Dr. 2. Contact vendor, explain the problem, and ask what's in that juice that may be causing the problem. 3. vendor blows me off as Geoff did, then 4. Get lawyer to talk to him. 5. So if the FDA jumps on ecigs, I don't feel I'm the one to blame in the matter. The refusal of the vendor to disclose the requested information would be the culprit in the case I describe.

For clarity, I contacted an attorney ONE time in my life. I lost part of my finger in a job related incident. I say this because I know that we live in a world where people are out for a free lunch and wanna sue over them spilling coffee on themselves.

All I'm saying is if ONE particular juice gives me the symptoms this person described and my questions go unanswered, well, I'm taking whatever means necessary to have those questions answered. BTW $5400 is what 1/2 your index finger is worth

You're prolly right, I know how I feel when people start talking but lawyers, and may have taken that wrong. Least I hope so, cause Paula's my friend (least I think=), and I didn't want her thinking I was the type of person go running trying to start some unnecessary legal issues. Just find it rather alarming that that person just accepted a non response on that matter, and to make matters worse praised his communication........mind blowing! boB
