Some of my friends from Utah came to visit a while back and they brought Community coffee. They said to me, "Are you ready for some real coffee?" Of course, I laughed at them. I've been drinking coffee for... Oh crap.. 18 years

But that was really, really some great effing coffee. Was sad when I found out you have to order it online or live in the south. Boohoo.

Oooh! I recently discovered Community Coffee... I have been a folger's drinker for years. It really is good stuff! And you can get in whole bean and grind at home too.
But I do live in TX...

Going back a couple pages, we feed raw dog food. Get it at aplacefor paws.com
Add some apple, banana, blueberries, and they're thriving. Nice clean white teeth and their "piles" dry up and blow away in a couple days. (You don't wanna be scooping up after 2 Great Danes)

Yeah I've seen some of those pre-packaged raw diets, but if you can get in with a butcher or meat market... raw feeding can really be cheap too!

I love it when people take their pet care seriously. Most people around here feed whatever's cheapest and their health be damned.

Well crud! Glad you psoted this - need to give the hubs a heads up - that means UC is going back too - and he drive by the exit for work - sounds like next week is a good week to take the back-way to work! It's always a clusterpuck when the students come back - but not as bad as when we lived by Purdue! So glad not to have to deal with the home football game traffic and the influx of 20,000 students every year.

I lived in NOLA for 5 years(left way before Katrina thank God!)so I know Community is very good but also Cafe du Monde,Farmers Market well most any coffee from New Orleans.Alot of them have roasted chickory in the mix.I sure miss having a steaming cup of cafe au lait with a fresh beignet while sitting by the Mississippi River at the French Quarter! sighs! GKK/Sue
