Personally I have a hard time believing that boB could intentionally take out an atty - most of what I'm learning about atty care is from boB. His posts about Chippy led me to search the forum for more atty care info, and the fact that he named his atty - well, that alone speaks volumes to me about what type of man boB is: (I won't say exactly what I thought about a man who'd name an atty, but it spoke volumes!)

I'm a firm believer in grabbing family when you find them. DH & I have moved quite a bit (and better not move again dang it!). If it hadn't been for some of the fantastic people we've met along the way who took us in and made us one of there own I believe that DH & I would not be the people we are today. I also am a firm believer that God works in mysterious ways - who He brings to your life and just in the past couple of years have found that sometimes I've been the one he brought to someone. Sometimes under the guise as a neighbor or mom of one of the kiddo's friends. As a result I no longer believe in coincidence. lol - and I'm ok if someone doesn't believe in God/god. I'm not preachy or anything - just thought that it would help you understand that I rally did get what you were saying.


So far I haven't joined in a pif yet. I'm working my way into having some stuff I can contribute and am grateful and thankful that so far what I do have is working and I'm very happy with it!

Well, from what I can tell, jumping in is about the only way to get in the game. Glad you did so! Not sure if I welcomed you before since I wasn't sure if you were a newly returned old member or not. But welcome, since it appears that you're new!

And I have to say I hate that the edit feature has a "reason" thing - dang it it is bad enough when I screw up, and now I have to announce it to the world? I get letting people know a post has been altered - but do I have to keep telling people how horrible a typist and speller I am? Oh and that I end sentences with prepositions? And I love using --- and ... and "" instead of altering the text through the underline feature or bold?

I just started getting more involved here.I have several disabilities that prevent me from getting out of the house very often.I do have grown kids (my youngest 20yo son)lives with me since the rest of my family does'nt think I should live alone anymore and of course the grandkids too.But 'as for actual friends well I have'nt had any in well ,years until I found PIF.Not to run on but Irecently got to a point where I was questioning weather or not I wanted to go on any longer;I prayed to the good Lord and literally the next day my whole outlook was changed.I had a peace I've never felt before,and soon I was looking in PIF more often and it's just gotten better and better!I still have many difficulties and challenges and that's ok because I now have PIF friends and their pretty special.Did God answer my prayers with the PIF group?I believe in a way he did coz these folks here are just the most compassionate,understanding folks I've had the pleasure of meeting.I'll step off the pulpit for now but welcome ! Oh dear, you're making me tear up! I'm in a similarly friendless state... my mom is my best friend. Which depending on who you are might sound pathetic or absolutely awesome... (personally, I believe the latter, my mom is the best!) But I do crave some other friend-contact. I'm happy to meet you, and feel free to consider me a friend!

We are very financially challenged, so we can't just order stuff online willy-nilly... we don't even have a bank account or a credit card! So this looks like a great way to really try out LOTS of stuff and get an idea of what works best for us. I can take cash down to the post office much easier!

bluedove: when the time comes it may make more sense to get a prepaid debit card - CVS & Walgreen sell them. That way if you have a problem you have the card standing behind you. Plus, think of all the money you will save in the long term now that you are vaping and can get off the analogs completely!.

I don't think you HAVE to put the reason, but yours was cute! lol

I've tried one of those things before, but did you know they charge like a $5 monthly fee to keep money on the stupid thing? I can't afford that crap! I do load up a greendot card and put money on paypal sometimes, but not all places take pay-pal...

Not me, I get all creative in my reasons. Sometimes I just put off the wall things in there to see if anyone ever reads it.

Other times I just leave it blank.

You just never know!

bluedove: I've only gotten them when CVS had a coupon deal with no fees etc!

I'll throw this out there: I'm a total couponing nut. If you've never couponed I could take you to the dark side...we have cookies (almost free ones!) In fact I'm driving DH crazy because we're down to the last bottle of shampoo and I won't buy anymore (yet) because I haven't found a really good deal yet. It's my own fault, I gave away a ton this summer - but I had to - they were free after coupons etc. Now I'm waiting for another deal - and we have shampoo just only have one extra bottle.

TY! I hope to become a valued member and prolific contributer! We have LOTS of smokers in our lives. Eventually I'll want to build trial kits to give away and a truly impressive DIY set up... I've always wanted an outlet for my inner mad-scientist! Muahahahahaha!
