Have you tried hot compresses then cold then hot. Sometimes takes down swelling and relieves the pressure.

The cold is what actually takes down the swelling. Think ice on a sprain. It is very uncomfortable though.
I had my nose broken 3 times. It is very annoying when you get that pressure headache thing going on
