a large liquor store in KY huh?..... actually my favorite liquor store is in KY... specifically the party store in bellevue KY..... but that's because their scotch, burbon, whixky and absinthe sections are HUGE
what are you trying to do with the torch and do you mean propane? or is it actually mapp or acetylene? propane is a dirty gas sometimes - builds up condensates - put the tank in a location where there is not a rapid temperature change - think dew on grass - when storing tanks outside thats how you get water. you can also put a filter on the tank to catch it.
Check with your local ywca or women in crisis. I used to do a lot of volunteer work - changing locks etc for battered women. most of them could really use someone like you to talk to and help out with their kids. I won't go into some of what I've seen these women and children put through. Up until my accident I provided free lock changes to anyone from WIC that had a PFA concerning physical abuse to them or their children. sometimes they just need someone to talk to and help them feel safe for a while - especially the kids. I have had many a "little helper" rekey locks with me to give their mother a break to talk to someone without the kids hearing.
As for the YWCA offer to teach some of these women some basic computer skills that will help them get a job and not go back to the abusive jerks they married.

I have not done that, but I do shoot darts and play pool better in heels. I also enjoy frisbee golf in heels, seems I can throw things better when wearing them....

It is propane with an oxygen regulator. I melt glass with it and make beads. Ive had this torch for over a year and never had it spit before. I just went ahead and took it all apart and threw the hoses over the patio to drain and cleaned the ports good. I will put it back together tommorow and it will hopefully work ok. It probably is some kind of condensation. I figured being a welder you would have some suggestions.
