a large liquor store in KY huh?..... actually my favorite liquor store is in KY... specifically the party store in bellevue KY..... but that's because their scotch, burbon, whixky and absinthe sections are HUGE

And things get weirder. I mentioned earlier about the big apartment fire - 22 families lost their homes. Anyhoo, we were out for a school thing and on the way home pulled over so a fire truck could pass - it's from the community next to ours, not ours. Figured with the big apt fire, they were helping our guys out. Pull in our subdivision and notice smoke - and lots of it. For a short time I thought it was my house! Turns out it's 2 streets back - the original house on the property that become this sub - set back in the woods. Before all was said and done we had fire trucks from 4 cities here because it's soo dry. We've had no measurable rain in weeks. We haven't mowed since July 7th.

Well the neighbor just got home, Lt with the local cops - they've brought an arson investigator out. Crazy ..... There is only 1 way into this sub. I'm guessing kids. There is no electricity to the house. There isn't even a gravel path. Just deer trails (sorry boB, no hunting in the city limits and the deer know it!)

So I'm mixing some DIY, full ppe and mixing beakers and all my jugs and pippetes out. Then while mixing my daughter comes up to me to ask a question, but she's a clutz, so I asked her to "back away please." and she says: "why?? is it gonna blow?"

I was just informed by the Hubs that Gypsies came by and took the boy 25 minutes ago and left us a goat. The goat ran away. And THAT is the smell. Not all Alex. Nor Drew. (Seriously, this was the discussion in response to my question/statement for Alex to get in the shower now. The family room STINKS" (sigh)

I think they win $250,000, a waist line and the ability to see their feet. (again this response from the chorus behind me) boy1 is 6ft and weight 124. Yea, NOT from my side of the family.
