My Father is coming today.He is 83 yrs old,stubborn,and totally takes advantage of us.LOL!I think it will be fun and I love to watch him try to play Wii with the kids.My hubs on the other hand is flipping out.He will probably stay for a MONTH!!Poor hubs is going to have a complete breakdown before its over.LOL,why do I think its so funny??Im bad.

Convinced me to let him try doing a (very easy) job on his own. Left here 9:45 - 7 phone calls and 2 texts by 10:20.

Isn't that the truth! I never believed anyone when they said "you are going to feel that when you get older" Not that it would stopped me from many of my follies, but I sure wish they would have been wrong.

at the "joys" of being the owner. Hopefully he will get it done with no more calls or texts.

I think you should move to WI and hire me. Not that I would know what I was doing but at least you would have the patience to not fire me right away.

Snow day here, about 4 inches. DH reports the main roads are completely clear so I may get crazy and take ds#1 up to an empty parking lot to try his hand at driving in the snow.

My snow crew is currently drinking hot chocolate and thawing before they go over to get the neighbor's driveway.

Man, I hope I don't have a nervous breakdown! My saga with home repairs continues.......
Came home from work last night to water gushing out of my garage and a nice little skating rink in my driveway. Turns out my water pipes froze up and busted because of them taking the drywall & insulation out of the garage yesterday. Had to call a plumber AGAIN last night and of course, he was on overtime rate. Then I find out today that I have a job interview tomorrow at 9 am! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I know is I'll sure be glad when this is all over. Or at least until my husband comes home and he can deal with it!
