That's great, Keyz!
I had a co-worker like that. One day, I just snapped and said, "You need to be nice" and it suddenly got so much better.

On another note, we dragged 2 kitties to the vet today. You guys know what a joy that is, getting them in carriers, the whining in the car, paying for the entire bill. The verdict: the cats have acne. They got their chins shaved and some acne medication. $150 bucks.

I had the best day at work.I had to work with someone who is real grouchy and mean and I was dreading it.Turns out once she realized I wasnt taking any crap, she was as nice as could be and we had fun. What a relief!!LOL!

Wow...I didnt know cats could get acne. Learn something new every day. Ouch on the bill. I know my vet charges 40 for the office visit alone.

From the vet's notes:
It is thought to be primarily the result of the inablility or lack of desire of some cats to clean their own chin.
So, our cats are too lazy to clean their own chins. We now have to chase after them with kitty acne wipes.

I got my new charger for my SS batts.....Swedish fish in a new carto.....Life is good with 5 volt vaping.:)

YAY!! What color did you get and what LED's? I got a black one with green...kinda sad that the ciruit blocks the led's in the front, but whatever...it's tiny, does 5v and is pocket friendly. Gotta love it. :)

Enid, I'm sorry, I'm LOL about your cats being too lazy to clean their own chins. Come on, it's funny!!

I am loving it!!! I got pink with amber led. BUT....the batts just died again. I hope that is not how long they last. I vaped for about 1 1/2 hours only. :(

Are they the 14250's? Do they say 300mah on them? I used those in my Turbo, but I did upgrade to the 350mah version and I got about 4 hours of moderate vaping out of them. Chargers can be a PITA Trish, once they go green, test them in each side one at a time to see that they set the charging light back to green quickly. One may not be charging or not completely charged. Also, draw time will affect battery life, if you're taking super long draws, try doing a shorter draw...at 5v I can do a 2 second draw and get a cloud of vapor and very satisfying hit.

Yes they are... I will try that with the charger. Where did you get the 350mah batts? Thanks for the help B.

Enid - one of my kitties had acne also. Our vet said it can also be caused from eating and drinking out of plastic dishes. It can be a reaction to the plastic. So they eat out of the same bowls we do and have taken over my large casserole dish for water...I had to have something with a flat bottom since Pavlov thinks hes part raccoon and insists on washing his paws (and the floor and wall, grrr)

Our vet recommended a little peroxide on a wash rag - dab lightly - then rinse. It worked for us.

I'm dreading their yearly visit. They are both due. I'm thinking of scheduling them a week apart - the trip last time was traumatizing for me. LOL Almost as bad as taking the boys for vaccinations when they were babies. oO

Thanks for the info on the plastic bowls. That's something that we had been diligent about until the new dog. Then, we got a huge gravity fed plastic water bowl.

The vet thought that it was more related to the change in cat food. The new cat food has a higher fat level, so their chins are getting greasy and they are, of course, not cleaning them.
After the pricey pet medicine, I will try the peroxide method.

I know the horror of getting cats to the vet. My 20 year old cat hasn't been to the vet in a year and a half. She's such a horror. She gets motion sickness and the meds just don't cover everything, if you know what I mean. I can't even put her in a carrier and walk 3 feet. A few house moves back was less than a mile. I walked her on a leash the whole way.
