I'm sick and bored, slept most of the day. Running a fever with hot flashes and chills and basically feel like crap. I just want to curl up and sleep til it's over but I am diabetic and need to eat or I will get worse. Sorry I just needed to complain to somebody.

Lisa- my friend's 6 yr old is type 1 - she's said the same thing when he's been sick - not to mention being sick makes his sugar levels unstable.

Lox - at least long distance is cheap now days! DH & I were 5 hours apart for about 10 months before we got married. And long distance was EXPENSIVE! I once turned my entire pay check over to my dad...ok, more than once ;-}

It's actually not a bad drive I guess - it just seems so far sometimes. I don't know how people like Rose handle being so far away from their spouses in the service. It really makes you appreciate the sacrifice our men and women in the armed forces are making.

I am really excited this morning! I have a neighbor, he is an elderly man. He is not very friendly so I have never approached him. I am not sure what his health care issues are but a home health care van picks him up and takes him home every afternoon. I see him smoking while waiting on the van, and sneaking out to smoke several times a day. Anyway I met his daughter today and talked to her a little about the ecigs. She had heard of them before and said she would love for him to try one, So I sent her back with a 510 charger, battery and a couple of filled cartos for him to try. I hope he tries it!
