I was married at 19 and had my first one at 21, but I got sick when they were getting in their teens and couldn't take care of them anymore. I am in Colorado and they are still all in Canada, I talk to them a lot and thanks to Skype and webcams my 21 year old talk and I get to see her every night but I still miss them terribly. Not that I had any choice in the matter but I loved having all girls.

Thanks Lisa! Being an older Mom (I was 35 with Alex and 39 with Sam) I find that they actually keep me younger than I am. Keeping up with them made me stay on my toes. Both are still at home (commuting to their colleges), and I'm still playing Mommy! Last night Alex fell out of his desk chair, calls me to let me know that he hurt his back, and I tended to him just like I did when he was 3! I must say, the grey hairs are coming at a more rapid speed now!

4 girls! Wow! That is a fete!

Aww! But you know some moms would kill to have their babies back! I bet you secretly love it :p

@ BM - that squirrel does not look like kung fu to me - I keep hearing "STELLLLAAAAAAAA" in my head....

I think it looks like a mime. :)

Have you seen my real wet kitty?

That kitty looks like it's got plans for you after you fall asleep...

I find wet cats comical - thier expressions slay me. I adopted my cat as an adult, so I've no idea how she's take to water. Don't think I'll try it anytime soon!

If Jack had plans for after his bath, they would have been for my son who bathed him and chronicled the event! Jack adores Sam so all was forgiven moments after the pic was taken.

Jack adopted us when he was about 5-6 years old. He was on our doorstep at 5AM crying to come in. He never left. That was 3 1/2 years ago.

(we searched high and low for his original humans and no one ever claimed him, so our duo of kitties became a trio)
