If I may be so bold as to suggest, buy a Go-GO from cigeasy. $59.95 and the 3ml cartos only need to be filled once a day, the bateries last me 2-3 days between charges, and the flavor, th, and vapor production leave everything else I've tried in the dust. I've finally found my perfect PV and it's the most wonderful Go-Go.

You can read all about it here:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...3-go-go-specific-thread-all-things-go-go.html
and
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-free-low-maintenance-power-house-vaping.html

It really is a fuss free PV.

Hang in there!!

Awwww. I'm so glad he is doing well though. I will keep the energy comming!

In other news....I swear I'm getting so frusterated and want to just go back to smoking. :( Nothing seems to last very long and I'm always refilling my carts or dripping. And I did get cartos today, and I have no taste with them. Grrrr....anyone have and suggestions? I'd love to not have to refill every 15 minutes, but I wont give up the taste either. What has worked for other people? Is it just me having problems? :(

Is this normal for hospitals in the U.S where family can't stay overnight to watch the patient? I ask this because we had a scare with my father in India in Feb, and my mother basically stayed with him the entire 3 days in Hospital. He did have a semi-private room though. Not sure if that makes any difference.

Depends on the hospital and depends on the area the patient is in. I know in Labor/Delivery/Post-partum I was able to stay for days. However, at a different hospital (a county away), SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed) couldn't stay with me post back surgery.

Well then you better get busy:glare:. There's going to be a pop quiz later :p

I'm on post 14739. Gonna have to get some sleep soon. Running out of coffee and the chamber pot is brimming too.. LOL.

This seemed like the most appropriate answer to your suggestion. :D

alot depends on where the patient is too- ICU- NOONE is allowed to stay in the room- (although my MIL had a panic attack and was disturbing the hosp and they put a chair in FIL's ICU room and she slept there for 3 days.) in ICU there is usually a 45 minute window ever 4 or 5 hours that you can visit the patient.

In regular rooms, you can stay 24/7- my husband stayed with me with the first few kids- then with the last couple he had to go home to deal with the farm and stuff, so he didnt stay the nights.

Alot of times, in recovery and even in the ER you cant go back, because there are only curtains seperating each patient and due to privacy laws you cant have people back there that might hear what is going on 5 feet away-

BUT, like when my husband lost his finger a few months ago- They let me in the ER room, I got to watch the surgery to remove one of the joints, take pictures, and we joked and laughed the whole time- of course, all the EMT's and other nurses were coming in looking at his finger and feeling sorry for him. even his boss stood in the room and watched the whole thing go down.

3 weeks later, we couldnt see my father in law in recovery after shoulder sugery (at the same hosp)- because there was just a curtain between him and the lady recovering beside him. The first time we saw him is when they wheeled him out to the truck.
