Good morning my lovelies!

ANOTHER sunny morning - and yes, more rain coming, but it was actually nice to have to put my sunglasses on after dropping the kiddos off at school. Pot hole patrols have started - you know it's spring when they come out!

so.....how do you know when a carto isn't good anymore??

Either it tastes funky or it doesnt fire.

yeah it tastes funky. How long do cartos generally last you. This is a whole new world to me, lol~!

I get a few days out of them,then I throw them in a bin to clean.

I soak mine in a bowl of boiling water,then flush under the running faucet,then blow them out and let dry a few days.Quicker,you can just run under the tap,blow and redo.

I might do this iteration a couple of times, depending on if I'm switching juice or if I don't feel it's clean enough.

Hubs is good,still having some mental glitches.He gets mad very easily and makes ridiculous threats.He told my son if he talks back,he will have him held back in school and he cant go on to the 9th grade.Then insisted that the school would agree and do it.I keep telling the kids not to argue,let him say it and let it go.I think the kids are kinda confused.I hope this passes and he gets it together.Its not a huge deal but its just strange.I wish he wouldnt get himself all worked up over small things.We are going to the doctors today and Im going to ask about it.He is going to tell the doctor he doesnt want visiting nurses anymore.I just keep hoping for the best,lol.

Is he on steroids? Makes people nasty and unreasonable.

Depression is common in heart surgery patients......just a thought.

No steroids and its not the pain meds because he is only taking 1 pill at night before bed.I think its from the anesthesia.I really do.His whole facial expression changes and he gets angry.Ive never seen the look on him before.Its very strange.Maybe he feels weak,or small and its bothering him.He has gone through a huge thing and I will give it time.Im hoping as he gets his strength back and feels more like himself it will get better.Have to have faith.
