morning!! I am drinking my coffee, and then gonna get ready for church- I didnt make it last week, and after the last few weeks I really need it.

Thanks Leanne this was for the infant girl who died and was supposed to be burried last saturday- but her mom wasnt able to get out of the hosp until mid week this week, so it was posponed until yesterday-

OMG- Accident funerals are the worst, at least with both of the ones I went to this week we were expecting death-

and since the rapture didnt come yesterday- I need to clean my house and get laundry done today-

and I have baby quail hatching in the incubator, they are SOOO cute when they whistle!

Since the rapture didn't come i should probably hide everything I looted yesterday before the authorities come knocking on my door... but I think i'll have another cup of coffee before i start on that task.

So, I heard a guy on the radio say the rapture was coming at 6 pm last night. The interviewer asked what time zone. The guy said global time zone. Guys! I didn't know we had a global time zone!

ahhhh donuts- yesterday, I bought a dozen. and to keep it fair, since I have 4 kids, everyone get 2- there are 6 of us after all- BUT since BR is on this diet I have to try to eat 4, that leaves them 8 to split and each get 2 a peice-

WELL- I wasnt counting and ate 5. SO, I had to eat 3 more- so they could all have an even amount and not a single one of them would feel less loved. I am such a good mommy-

I planned on playing disc golf today but it's 95 freakin degress today. I can't handle a 26 acre course today. I tried to get my friends to go to the waterpark. It just opened yesterday, which means it's practically poop free, but they don't want to put on a swimsuit.

Enid - as a former life guard I'm laughing my .... off at you "poop free" comment. We drained our baby pool every night and cleaned it with bleach every morning before refilling - 20 years ago!


I'm not ready to put a bathing suit on - and am debating a spray tan...lol It's hot here today (finally!) but I imagine the pools are cold!!!! Heck our heat kicked on less than a week ago.


We spent part of this gorgeous day planting my flower pots and planting stuff for the garden in paper bags and putting them in pots. The garden is still too wet to plant - but DH worked some compost into it and if all goes well we'll finally plant next week. I think I'm going to put lettuce in long flower boxes. I haven't tried that yet.

Q4... a very good mommy! You would love my house.. we always have leftover donuts (with just 2 of us on a normal basis.. and I cant eat more than one at a time. It's a migraine trigger for me )
and did i read you right? You had TWO funerals this week? holy moly.. you deserve a dozen donuts girl!



Enid: I hear ya hon... I am DREADING bathing suit season this year. Spent the whole winter sitting on my tookus.
