The fire has started back up- Its fixing to jump the highway - My saving grace is it is on the other side of a river and the lake from me. so it would have to burn alot behind us and come back to us. Its only about 5 miles from me. and the smoke is so bad.

They are evacuating hundreds of people right now. and over 1,500 acres have burned.

it turns out myth busters showed a show about shooting propane tanks and them not blowing up- SO- it took a couple of rednecks a .270 and a case of beer to prove them wrong....

I WAS shooting skeet today- but, I aint dumb enough to shoot a propane tank- them things are expensive!

OH I forgot- after the thousand plus dollars to replace 2 tie rods and upper and lower ball joints in my truck- I STILL had that racket and rough feel-

Looked under there, and one of the bushings is smooth OUT of the shock- So, NOW- I get to buy two more of those...

I called the place that did the work and told them what they missed- and they are 'gonna make it right' .... gotta say- I hope that means at least 50/50 on new shocks! LOL

Of course, I sure aint tellin them that I bought BR new tires the same day at another place in town, since it was 125.00 cheaper for all 4. LOL

3 tire places in town, and I was LITERLY at 2 of them in the same day spending enough to feed a small army!!

and my dad thinks my fan clutch is going out... I can just IMAGINE how 'cheap' that will be. LOL I know I shouldnt complain its got almost 100,000 miles on it.

Hello fellow PIFers. I have a friend from ECF that is in the army and just got to Afghanistan. He has many vapers in his group. I sent him a pkg of juice, cartos, batteries, PT, etc before he left and I am going to send a pkg to him soon in Afghanistan. I wanted to ask other members here if they might have vaping supplies, juice, etc that they may want to send BUT I don't want to start a thread about it because I think it would be a great surprise. He only has limited net access now but he does check in here and would probably see it. I am willing to take charge of shipping it all and paying postage (hope it's not a million bucks lol) but if you guys could help me get the word out without starting a thread I know that they would appreciate it. Thanks in advance
