And twice as many beers.
Took inventory of the house to get started on repairs and brush-ups. Got some minor exterior repairs and some treeline work done. Started on the dock. Figure I'll take July to spruce it up and put it on the market in August.
Exhausted. Ceridwen wanted pizza so we made two. She wanted M&Ms on one but that's where I drew the line. The Reeses Pieces were enough.
*yawn* And now to sit down and review some papers and actually make a living. I miss actual Fridays. -Magnus

Good Morning. The puppy let me sleep in today. So nice on a Saturday. A little one woke up too. When do they they stop talking incessantly? I here every detail of all things real and imagined. I sure love it, but wow, do I miss the quiet!
Mornin' piffers. Been a while since I've dropped in - been working 2 jobs (yay) so have been very busy - getting paid is a good thing. My girlfriend's mother passed away last Friday, I will miss her, such a sweet and wonderful person, always welcomed me as a real member of the family. It was a blessing though, she'll be free from her physical burdens on the other side. One of the siblings that came in from the midwest was a vaper - pulled out an eGo and surprised me! He went home after the funeral with the Hex Copper mod I won, really loved the 6V vape. Wondered what I was going to do with the mini pipe bomb - was a bit too macho for me

By the time I finally got to sleep the sun was creeping over the horizon. I woke up and it wasn't much further. Ceridwen screaming bloody murder that there was an "Ephalant!!!!" outside. Sure enough, there is some truck w/ trailer that appears to have a bouncy-castle w/ a zoo motif outside. I wander on out in my classy BoSox boxers and Florida Gators shirt (Olive-toned trash look you see) and ask WTF?! This guy is lost looking for a birthday party so I help set him straight. I go back in and Ceridwen looks like she is about to explode in tears. "Daddy! Daddy! It's mine!"....
So there I am running on the street after a truck w/ a bouncy-castle w/ a zoo motif in my BoSox boxers and Florida Gators shirt. *sigh*
He is coming back this afternoon.
So now to invite the neighborhood kids. Whose parents, that most definitely saw me running behind the truck w/ the bouncy-castle w/ a zoo motif in my BoSox boxers and Florida Gators shirt.... those parents won't let their kids within 100m of my house now.

Yesterday I went next door and hav de to tell the guy off, I spent 3 days getting yard ready for cook out and they decided to mow the hayfield, the kid threw grass all over my driveway that I just cleaned off. I had my ego in my hand as I'm yelling, he kept watching is as I talk with my hands. My mom said maybe he thought it was peper spray and was afraid I was gonna spray him lol
