That's fairly close.
First off I open her door quietly and she is sitting in her bed and goes. "No daddy, go away!"
Then she proceeds to scold me for being gone and tell me how she ran out of cheese.
I told her to give me a hug and a kiss and I'm sorry and she grabbed my face, squeezed my cheeks, furrows her brows, and says "No! You go timeout! Two minute!"..
Either in my shock or complete befuddlement I got up to leave the room and she blurts "Sit down!".. I did.
Then she just told me to get her Minnie ears and we should go to Disney to have pizza. *shakes head*
It always ends with Disney. She fell back asleep after I made a frozen pizza and she ate a slice. And by the time she wakes tomorrow I'll be gone again. *sigh* -Magnus
Thank you! Some days I wish she was that cute little girl again though. You know what sucks about having a gorgeous daughter? Teenaged boys.
BMontgomery and other non-birth mothers: A child can grow under your heart or in your heart. It's still your child. dna doesn't cause someone to be a parent.
pchela: We have 3 boys. My brother has one of each. We just spent a week with them on vacation. My niece is growing up to be a beautiful young lady. My brother was voicing his displeasure over the amount of interest his daughter has been getting from boys.

I just got lucky and have young looking skin (so far). I keep expecting to wake up one day and have all of the age just hit me at once! That'll be a scary morning!

We had a meeting tonight! and I have been up since writing up the new proposal, and making up registration forms and rules lists for our fundraiser tournament.
Its been a pretty good day- but I fell asleep at about 3 and that means I am still wide awake!
I had to have a root canal a few months ago ( thats the tooth that broke off smooth to the gumline (actually under it) and it was 1200.00. I got to pay it out in 3 installments.

I'm about to do something very ill advised but I'm going to do it anyway. I'm taking Ceridwen to Cambridge with me. I've pinged some friends and colleagues for care options and offered up good money.
