Me too...
I must say something. I have spent the better part of the last week and a half searching for a package from Barnes and Nobles. Apparently, B&N sent me a package with no address on the label. DUH! So this package has been in a loop between New Jersey, Atlanta GA, and my local post office since 11/8. I have contacted each sorting office who opened a ticket and told me they would call me within 2 days. Never got a return call. Each suggested I contact B&N, which I did. B&N told me to contact the post office. Major frustration here!!!!
So today, I started again, calling each post office that the package had been to. As of this morning, it was in Kearney, NJ, so I contacted Kearney, NJ who then told me to contact Morgantown, NJ, who told me to contact Kearney, NJ. Feel my frustration?? Finally, I reach a very nice man in Kearney, NJ by the name of Chris Johnson, who was most helpful with helping me. He took it upon himself to send out an alert to each post office letting them know the correct labeling information so that this constant loop parcel can get outta the loop and delivered to me. Apparently, the package is on its way back to ATlanta for the 5th time.
I called my local post office back, and let them know how very unhelpful they have been, to expect an alert from a gentleman in Kearney NJ about my package, and let them know that situations like this is why they may not have jobs very very soon. I also let them know that I will be reporting the situation to the appropriate powers that be to let them know that the USPS in GA is useless when it comes to customer service.
I take back everything I ever said about northerners.

Not so bad after all. The lady in Morgantown NJ did tell me to stop being a nice southern belle and curse someone out. She said I would then see action. I was offended at first until she laughed and said she was from the south and had moved north years ago and learned that the best way to be is to be a b*^&h!
Well........that was a long post!
