I just opened the belgium chocolate that Jazz PIFed me from Halo-
Tastes like toosie Rolls! I havent decided if I really like it or not, but I love the smell. maybe it smells like toosie rolls, and I am not sure of the taste. But either way, since I very seldom taste much, smell is very important to me.

I find it has a rich cocoa taste- like baking cocoa - sometimes even like cocoa powder just hit the back of my throat- letting it steep some- might round it out with some marshmallow - but it's really good! And for some reason it re-sets my tastebuds when my all day doesn't "taste" right.

Of course, now I have a miagraine- Not sure what did it- being lazy all day-, not eating a good meal, listening to slash at full blast, the vape, or normal PMS-
I am going to go with PMS- although I am getting old, and I find I cant listen to metal like I used to and REALLY cant listen to it full out- It makes me nervous. Weird huh?
and when I first opened this, BR said "WTF is that smell? it smells like DIRT! Then 2 of the kids walked in and Bow hollered "I want a toosie Roll!!" and it dawned on me that to ME thats what it smelled like. BR said "Yeah, but they dont smell good anyway- they just taste good" LOL

Join the club ...I have the same problem, cept my music of choice was/is "punk" & yep, can only deal with short trips down musical memory lane now ....
Guess it happens to all of us ...sooner or later .
For my punk rock fix, I sometimes go out to the garage, crank up the distortion, and blast out some Iggy or Ramones on the electric guitar. I usually stop playing just before the neighbors call the police.

My sweetie did not get the promotion and pay increase that they have been promising for 1.5 yrs. Instead they were on a fact finding mission to fire someone else. Oh well, hopefully they will eventually get the funding to pay what they have promised.
For some good news, I got a Roomba for Mother's Day from the dogs and cats
My mom came over yesterday. We made her dinner, gave her essential oils (she never wants to spend the money on them but loves them), took her out for fro-yo and I gave her a pedicure.
I hope that everyone else had a good Mother's Day!

well crap- went to town at 7:30 this morning, had a VERY stressful meeting scheduled for 8:30- at 8:15 my battery died- so I got out my backup- I knew the other one only had a little life left this morning- and it wouldnt fire. PERIOD.
SOOO- ALL day i went without a vape- ALL FREAKIN DAY- got home, plugged in the one that was working until it went dead this morning and the light shows green on the charger- plug in the one that wont work AT ALL and it shows green too-
Got out the kit I got for winning the PIF contest- and its got some charge to it- BUT, I dont know what to charge it on- all I have is my RIVA charger- and having ONE battery is NOT good- I just pray the two I ordered from Liberty flights gets here QUICK. New batteries were in the budget this week- THANK GOD- I had been planning to order them for a while, especially since one of my two spares got washed in the washing machine- and that put me down to two batterys total. but I sure didnt expect mine to die like that....
I wonder if I did something bad to make them die?

The kit you won is an ego-type - so your riva charger (as long as it's 510 not 901) is gonna work. You need a back up charger woman....just sayin'
Yup,try lifting the post,I hope you get it worked out.It stinks to be short on batts.
My Sister has Rivas and one lone eGo, she uses the same charger, hasn't had an issue. And yes, sounds like your center pins in your batts got pushed down and aren't making contact with your carto or charger. Lift em up, should be good.
I did the pin thing- it didnt work- But, the newer of the two does work again- I took out the button and put a new one back in- it somehow got all wonky- its alot more depressed in there than it was before-
the older one, I dont know what the deal is- when you plug it in, it doesnt even blink to acknowledge that you have connected it. ??

I know that in this economy people are taking jobs that they wouldn't normally take but just because you knock on my door doesn't mean that I'm going to open it. It doesn't matter if you can see me through the screen. It doesn't matter if you try to talk to me through the screen. It doesn't matter if my dogs are going ape
because you won't leave. Last night, this dude had the nerve to turn on my porch light. We have one where you can turn it on from inside or outside, for OUR convenience.
This is it, folks. I hereby no longer have to act like a sane human, when someone selling something knocks more than once.
Middle school aged or younger children will be given a pass, especially if they are carrying chocolate.
