I concur. I like Whisky, but it doesn't like me. I prefer Mead for my Scottish alcohol.

Though if you substitute cider for beer and mead for whisky I could be going 3 for 5

Went to dinner at a place here called Tom +Chee - everything on the menu is a version of grilled cheese. I had a BBQ Bacon Grilled cheese with BBQ potato chips smashed inside the sandwich. nom, nom, nom

Dh would say Bourbon...being we're living in Bourbon Country...he's even done the KY Bourbon tour - 6 different distilleries on the official tour. He's hoping to make several others in the next year.
