I just received an EGO-V 3v-6v device in the mail today and for some strange reason it will not charge with the supplied cable(either from the computer or connected to a wall outlet with adapter).It will however charge from my Itaste MPV(using the small adapter included in the Ego-v kit)but,it is very sensitive and stops charging if nudged.I have many other devices but,this was strictly for my spouse and there is zero chance she is going to be happy.You guys are more than welcome to contact me either through here or "private message" because I would like to get this sorted as soon as possible.

I of course opened a ticket.I also know the "correct path" but,sometimes the "correct path "is not always the path that gets something solved so,I chose to cover all the bases.
i hear you c6 but its defeats the purpose doing it like this, and causes others to feel its ok to do so here, you can easily just send a pm, we descourage people to do that in a thread, our service is exceptional and we strive to handle your issues.
