I've got a bottle of vapor beast Razzmattazz, which lists citric acid as an ingredient as a "flavor preservative." Loaded it into my iclear 30 (polycarbonate), but I've heard issues regarding tank cracking when citric acid is an ingredient in juice. Left it overnight and it looks fine visually, took a drag this morning tastes good. Is this safe or should I toss?

Even if the tank doesn't crack, isn't the potential that it could enough to warrant not inhaling this combo?

^^ This. Tank "cracking" is a chemical reaction inside of your tank between the liquid and the poly. This reaction leaches BPA out of the poly. It can take days to begin to fog or deteriorate visually.
