Thats not a bad price. Are those bottom coils or just a rebadged version of the kanger m3? I wonder if they are made of a different plastic...

Honestly if they could make these things with a plastic that wasn;t reactive, i would probably use these exclusively.

the SI CE3 is a bottom feeder. I think they are more resistant to the problem juices than their CE2 long wick top feeder. ask imagine on the SI "ask imagine" thread.

The SI bottom coils coming is similar to the kanger T0, which is is the bottom coil version of the t2. I haven't gotten my mitts on it yet. I'd bet they are cone threaded only just like the t2 so they are able to be used on 808s with cone threads. Imagine said the SI version will have 808 threads as well as cone threads, which makes sense. They want people to be able to use it on all their batteries, not just the x2.

Dac311, I'm not flaming, it's all good. I've just heard many vendors say "proprietary" in the past.
Which in their eyes, may mean that they are the first, but many ppl interpret it as the 'only' reseller.
Then a week later the items are on every vendors site and under many different names.
It's the old smoke&mirrors game vendors like to play to keep their minions coming back, at least that's how I see it.

I laugh when vendors say this new item is better than sliced bread, then a month later, they're singing 'There was issues with the last item and we worked closely with the manufacturer and now 'this' new item is better than sliced bread."
Gotta keep those payroll checks rolling.

Thanks for the information and the update Dac311 :)

fat bat 808 hardware has been out for awhile. They just wised up and decided to try and keep customers before they started looking around and found other vendors with "better" stuff. (note the objectivity of the quotation marks, please) But they are reacting to the market. Not creating it. The only thing they have done is have the current manufacturers change them to suit their batteries because they do offer them a decent market share.

But usually the products have been out for awhile in some form or another and have proven themselves somewhat worthy before SI takes them and makes them their own. That's a good thing though. I don't know how some of those vendors who talk big and deliver garbage stay in business.

Just got some of those CE3s from SI.

Really nice. Only loaded one up so far but not leaky, super nice vapor/flavor and being able to see your usage is great.

I would love something that held 1ml and that was skinned (with maybe a window) but these will do rather nicely.

Anyone know of something that works this well in a 1ml size? If not, I may just load up on a few more packs of these.

Looks like the CE3 is about what I'm looking for. The funny thing is there is a CE2 that is exactly what I'm looking for ( 1ml capacity in some colors) but I don't think performance is nearly as good as the CE3. It looks as though they don't make a 1ml CE3 and just decided to offer a 1.8 ml (which was the CE2 XL). So they made the XL the standard size CE3.

No big deal really. I'm sure something new will be coming out to make the ce3 look crappy soon, anyway. lol

From what I'm gathering, there seems to be some well-established tinkering that improves the glitches with these things. Anyone able to point me to the defacto how-to?

Thanks much. Hoping I can overcome the initial speedbump as the performance on these are great when they work as designed.

Thanks all.
