I agree with everything domini said, except for maybe using a 2.8 ohm head on the twist, and the only reason I'd avoid that, is because a lot of folks are saying their 2.8 heads are actually metering at 3+ ohms lately. So unless you have a multimeter, to check what it's actually metering at, I might stay away from the 2.8's on a twist.

Here's the chart, but you'll probably have to make it bigger. If you have the wheel in your mouse, hold the ctrl key and use your scroll wheel to make it bigger. Wish I Had a better link to this thing. But an easy way to do it without the chart is........

Take your ohm add 2 to it. Subtract .2 and that's a good start place.
ex
2.4 ohm +2= 4.4 now subtract .2=4.2

click on the chart to make it bigger.

And............if I didn't confuse you too badly on the long post and you're game. I can tell ya why I personally think there are far better choices out there than the twist. Lemme know if you wanna know. lol The twist was amazing when it came out. It let folks try variable voltage at a low cost compared to any other vv out there. But that doesn't apply anymore. I think there are far better vv options for the roughly the same money.

Such as the gripper for about 50.00 is a mod so you replace 8.00 batts instead of 30.00 device after the 300-400 charging cycles where all Li-ion batteries will die, reads ohms, not well built, but a powerhouse for such a lil guy. I've seen quite a few provari owners say this thing hits as well or better than their provari's. Best LED I've seen, shows ohms of device, shows voltage you're at and how much batt life is left.

Such as a Vtube from apollo. Again a mod, replace cheap batteries, not a whole device. Doesn't hit as well as the gripper but it's better made. Has quite a few safety features that the twist doesn't have. Led readout to show what you're vaping at as well as how much batt life is left, mine doesn't read ohms. Right now 52.46 using 30% off Vtube30 coupon code Apollo VTube Kit and free shipping. You might have to spend 75.00 for free shipping, so not sure on that part if using the coupon.

I don't know one battery from another but those who do most always say the best batt you can buy for vaping is
Panasonic CGR18650CH Li-Ion Rechargeable Battery

I was lucky enough to win both of these, and I would go with either of them over 2 twists. The gripper hits better and gives me a better vape than the vtube, but the vtube is built much better. Both use the 18650 battery if you get the full size vtube, and I would because I don't like the idea of stacking batts.

Everyone has different preferences, and some may love the twist, there's nothing wrong with it. But just my opinion (and we all know what those are worth) I think either of these two would be better for roughly the same dollars.

Plus both of those go to 6v instead of just 4.8 so if you get a 2.8 head that is actually metering at 3+volts like several are saying that some are now, you're covered where you wouldn't be so much on the twist. Or if you just want to use a 3 ohm or higer head you're good. You couldn't do that with the twist.

well that depends too. I don't think that the vtube is much thicker than a twist, (could be wrong, I've only seen videos of a twist), and the gripper for a guy especially, fits perfect in a .... pocket, but probably it isn't best for out and about just because of the bad threading on the connector. I take my vtube if I go somewhere. Like I said, everyone's needs are different, and there is no perfect mod/device. For me, I'll find a way to tote the vtube. If I need to go somewhere, and the battery needs charging, you have to take both twists in case your battery runs too low on the first one while you're out. With the vtube, you just have to take your extra small battery and swap em out when the first one dies. So it's just whatever folks prefer.

ETA well duhhh I reckin ya could just grab the fresh twist instead of taking both. lol But it's guesswork as to when it needs charging the vtube will tell ya how much batt life you have left
