Oooo, glad I picked up that Cruiser in mahogany this afternoon then
Looking forward to adding a Cutlass to my collection when the next batch is done.

Which one did you get? Last I looked, Cappy had three, now there's none..?
OK, now the monster creation process is complete.I kept going back and looking at them and couldn't help myself.
"I am merely complying with the system which my fellow men have established. If they believe that force is the proper means to deal with one another, I am giving them what they ask for. If they believe that the purpose of my life is to serve them, let them try to enforce their creed. If they believe that my mind is their property -- let them come and get it."Ended up ordering the African Mahogany Cruiser with the Jolly Roger which will be named Ragnar.
Then I suppose 3D printed plastic is completely out of the question?Simply could not get over the beautiful wood and couldn't see myself with a metal squonker....

Hmm, your taste in literature is better than your taste in music. This more clearly states the relationship between vaping and I

I got to fondle one of the relatively ubiquitous metal ones for the first time a bit more than a week ago. It felt better than I had expected. In other words, I've not ruled out owning one as a beater. Will I own a metal one down the road, probably.
OK, then let me retract my previous statement that I prefer a 26 gauge coil. It depends on the juice. For the the juice that I started with in that setup, I do indeed continue to prefer that coil. However in my second one, I'm at about 1.05 ohms with a 28 gauge coil. This is working great with a rayon wick and a bottle full of unflavored juice (65-70% VG). Unflavored? Yep. Drip in a few drops of whatever you're in the mood for and be amazed at how long you can vape it before the flavor dissipates. Then drip in something else. Try it. I'm pretty sure you'll like it.Besides, that BF Cyclone that just arrived has to go on SOMETHING !

The Cruiser will be my first un-regulated mod.
I have no plans to sub-ohm, and usually run between 1 - 1.5 Ohms.
Am I OK to use the AW IMR 2000 mAh batteries that came with my ProVari ?
More than willing to buy new ones, and not looking to cheap out.
Thanks for your advice.
Yep you will be good to go with those
sounds good to me jakematic. I personally went for EFest Purple 18650 2500mah after seeing some comparison on tests:
Neither did I when I got my first unregulated bottom-feeder. But no plan of battle survives contact with the enemy. The Cruiser will be my first un-regulated mod.

They're rated 10 amps continuous, right? If so, they'll be fine even in the moderate sub-ohm range, say 0.75 ohms and still have plenty of safety margin.Am I OK to use the AW IMR 2000 mAh batteries that came with my ProVari ?

Would that work on 'nipple' top batteries ?
The picture makes it look like it's on a flat top.
That fuse goes on the negative side of battery. So spring in the bottom, fuse on top of the spring, then battery's negative(flat) side on top of the fuse, then the button top side of battery in contact with the mod's positive connector.
Hope it's ok if I just follow the thread...I REALLY want one of these. I have a bottom fed Cyclone sitting here waiting.![]()
