I've always wondered about why a really small regulated BF can't be made Cappy. Mamu made this with a DNA20:

She used an internal 1200mAh 25C lipoly battery in it. Couldn't this set up be made just a little larger to accommodate a 6ml juice bottle?

Definitely unregulated. The small size would be compromised by a regulator. Perhaps if they still made the little dna12 boards it might be feasible, but nah, I'd like to make it very small at 3.7v.

Kinda like this?

Yup, that be a scallywag. The one I'm going to try to make is more narrow as the pushbutton will sit higher and the feed bottle will be under just like a cutlass/cruiser. I figure .9" x 1 3/4 x 3 1/2" should be about right. The door is going to be a cute little 1.2" x 3" affair. Probably octagon shaped?

Not sure what kind of demand they would have, but I will make a couple just for something new.

late response from the great white north.....

had my cutlass for 4 days now and wow, first off was surprised how lightweight it was ,the craftmanship on this box is superb ,got a divo rda and its a perfect fit .

love everything about it , wanted to try bottom feed but with dna,cuz for the life of the battery charge,DSC04637.jpg you get always the exact same vape ,cant have that with mechanical. imo.

Brian did a great job , very pleased, worth every penny

ahoy! Please know I post this with cappy's permission.....

I bought a set of Cruisers...one for me and one for a friend that said he wanted one....said friend has since come on hard times and was unable to pay for the mod when I got it. I held it for him for over a month but unfortunately he just can't swing it. So instead of selling it on Facebook to that pack of jackals I wanted to at least give cappy's crew the first shot at it. Cappy says it will be several months before there are any more....so here's your chance....american walnut and bocote cruiser...brand new only unwrapped for the photos. This can be a package deal....or just the the mod..up to you. I paid $180 for the mod so that is what I'm asking..plus shipping of course. The entire package includes a brand new 2014 cyclone atomizer, never used, an extra insulator for the atty....and a beautiful hand turned drip tip by MoleHill Mountain...it's really more brown than it looks...not quite so red...and it's made from pinecones suspended in acrylic. Total package $250 PLUS shipping of your choice...but it must be insured. I will absorb the paypal fees. If you want it please post HERE before you PM me to prevent any hard feelings about who was first...etc.

The Cruiser is Black walnut with Bocote panels #9268. I will honor a new 3 month warranty to the purchaser.

Ahoy Damselle, ahoy all

I'm just fine lass!

Unfortunately I've spent the last few days doing house repairs. I neglect to do that for many months sometimes and suddenly I have a crisis that has to be taken care of asap. This time it was plumbing again... yuch....well, that's what you get for living in a old house I suppose.

I'm taking today and tomorrow off as a holiday and then back to work.

Have a fine damn week all, arrr

I'm in the middle of an emergency bathroom remodel. Water can be really mean to wood.

I'm in the middle of an emergency bathroom remodel. Water can be really mean to wood.

This house of ours is over 60 years old and is showing it's age more every year. I had to knock out part of a bathroom lower wall by the sink to get at the water trap for the bathtub as it was plugged and a snake kept going down the wrong pipes. The cast iron is all corroded but I was able to clear up the clog without damaging it more. I dread when that pipe has to be replaced in the concrete slab house.

The clog was probably about 12 feet down the drain pipe, no idea why so far down but the tub is now draining like it never has since we moved in. Yipee!

Now I just have to build a new sink cabinet and some kind of cover over the wall access so I can get back in there if I need to some day.

arrr, fun fun fun...
