Just ordered a Cruiser! Super excited for my first squonking experience :)

Capt, do you have any recommended batteries? And what is a good resistance to use for the hardware in that beautiful box?
Congrats! Bottomfeeders are the way to go for maximum convenience, and Cappy makes it beautiful to boot!

I've used AW, Sony and efest batteries in mine with resistances between 2ohm and 0.5ohm with great results :D

I think I personally get around 3ml per battery with a DNA20.
I'm surprised you're not getting more with the DNA since it can pull far more of the battery's usable capacity while keeping the output steady. I've got some DNA 20 mods that I run Kayfun type atties on and I can get considerably more than a full tank out of 'em on a single charge.

The 26650 Marauder is here. Cappy it is absolutely beautiful, really it is gorgeous. I just had no idea how large it was going to be. Sniff. If anyone was lusting after it ( I know I scooped it up pretty fast) please let me know. I have 2 brand new batteries also. I am just going to hold out for one of your 18650 marauders Cap. You did such a awesome job on the inlays. Why must I have such small hands :(

Yes that is a Kraken, it's a clone though but it's awesome. Here are a few other shots. Man this really is pretty neat. This is my Origen dripper and it can hold the bottle I use for dripping inside!!! Maybe I can get used to the size, I don't know. I mean I consider it a collectors as it was the first one Brian did with an inlay. He really is my favorite modder too. :)

I run a dual coil on the cyclone about .45 ohm total and I get half day out of an 18650 vct4 on a vct5 I make it to 2pm, that's starting my day at 6:30am but doing 2-3 10 min vape breaks between 8-11:30 and 2-3 between 1-6pm of course I'm also more or less chain vaping during my drive in and home for 30-45 mins depending on traffic. If I ride the harley in so no vaping while riding I can usually make it through the day on a VCT5

Yeah, that sounds about right. I think I personally get around 3ml per battery with a DNA20. I like a wet vape too so I squonk a lot using an A7.

I found if you put a nice thick magnet at the top of a flat top battery that it makes a better connection and I got much better battery life like that. I don't know why.

If you think you don't want it, please just send it back as I do have a 7 day return on new mods, no questions asked. Nobody should be stuck with a mod they are not happy with. I can easily just put it back up on the website.

Hmm, that is odd, I don't think I could explain why either. Unfortunately there is such a big size difference in batteries that I have to make the battery holder big enough for the tallest battery sold and all the flat top users are stuck using magnets.

I've come to the conclusion that time is meaningless when it comes to talking about battery life because people's vaping habits and patterns are so different. That's why I asked: How much juice can you go through before you feel like you need a fresh battery?

Sorry lol I meant to start with 3-4 mls of juice per battery, varies by about a ml depending on the juicers some seems to vape faster.

That's very sweet Brian, but no, that would not be the right thing to do. You had the dimensions listed and I should have drawn them out and looked at it. I will either get used to it or I will sell it and wait till you do another 18650 :)

Besides, it really is very beautiful. You did a wonderful job on it.

Might check with Glassgal

I can give you lists of manufacturers for plastic bottles... but can't tell you who makes THAT PARTICULAR plastic bottle...

I've been so swamped lately... but I can poke around for Cappy. Can someone post the exact dimensions of that bottle:)?

Wow... that's stunning:)!

I have a 26650 BF Cruiser, and it IS big, but that's due to the battery size. However, considering the battery size... the weight is astoundingly light, it's barely heavier than my 18650 woodvil. However, that huge 26650 battery isn't giving substantially better battery life like I had hoped, so while I'm happy I have one for my collection, I think I'll stick to 18650 sizes in the future.

Am still waiting on Cappy's DNA30 version:).

Ahoy all!

Well, my 30 watt regulators arrived already so I am spending the next couple days making a circuit board tester for them as they are wired differently than the dna20 boards. I need to test them before I install them and I also needed to adapt my mod design to make sure they fit correctly so I needed to measure an actual board to get the correct dimensions.

Next I get back to work on the batch. It's going to be a somewhat small batch of only a dozen this time but I need to get them done faster than usual and then the next batch can be big.

Have a great week all, arrr
