Not really. And he's been whining plenty himself since he went back to work. Was hoping it would keep him busy enough so I don't have to put up with him....oh well. Guess sitting around watching other do work doesn't keep him busy enough. LoLWhere ya been stranger?

LoL, we know each other well enough to know we are both just joking. It's like this on the phone too.The love in the room is just overwhelming
I actually need something to make me laugh today. Just found out my Mom has cancer in her right lung and liver which spread from a lymph node that was under another one that was removed last year. She had a skin cancer spot, got it all out and removed the closest lymph node which had no cancer. So they declared it a success and cancer free. But apparently it skipped that one and went into one further away, but now spread. She hasn't been to the oncologist yet, so we really don't know how bad it is, but thankfully the spots are small and hopefully caught it early. Just love to have a few months where nothing bad happened. But that is just life and we are just passengers on the journey.
Anyway, I am not sure how this 7 day break is going to fall out now, as I will be there for any procedures. And I know they want to move fast to get anything out they can take out. So I may try to go ahead and get started on a few tips this weekend instead of resting up.

DJ, Like I said in the past ,keep your head up and take care of yourself and family as we want all of you to stay around for a long time. our prayers here will go out for mom and a for a good report and speedy recovery. give her hugs from us when you can and keep us informed and as always call if you need to chat.

I am very thankful we found it early and at least two places we think can be surgically removed, plus they are very small. But we won't know anything till next week after she goes to the oncologist. So we are staying positive, keeping up the prayers and most importantly she has it in her mind to fight. I think that is one of the most important aspects. My aunt was diagnosed 6 months ago with terminal stage 4 esophagus and stomach cancer which the military post doctors stated there was no point to even try treatment and gave her 3 months tops to live. She wouldn't accept that, went to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (think I got the name right) and now she is in total remission and enjoying life. So if mom's local doc doesn't give her satisfaction (as this doc treated her melanoma last year....almost to the exact day), then we have a Cancer Treatment Center of American 2 hrs away in Atlanta that she will go to. But we are still hoping since it is so early and so small, she will respond quickly and this will be taken care of soon here.
