Used my Beta Peko today when out on job sites. The paint is beat up and worn off in places so it looks like hell but keeps on vaping. Still the smallest 18650 squonker I have. (It's smaller than any of the V* Peko's) Don't see how one could make one any smaller than it is.

Mine are 1 V1, 2 V2's. I do have another V2 still in the bag. I want to do the wire mod also. I have all I need to do it except time!

Just fyi, I use original switch setup, but solder all points now (fyi, the screw has to be soldered on the mod or it won't fit in). I also solder screw head with silver solder and smooth out. Then I just use stranded in place of brass threaded rod, even keep the center pin terminal. Works great with new auto adjust 510 and eliminates the old problem areas.

I was curious if the new 510 would work. That's the 12mm one, right?

With original parts, you must use the manual 510 insulator. With stranded wire in place of brass threaded rod, then you can use auto adjust insulator. Also you need at least a 1.5mm thickness (cross section) o-ring under the flange to make up for the top flange thickness.

And yes, that is the 12mm VT BF 510.

When I get to actually doing this with all parts broke down and everything in front of me, I'll give you a holler so you can tell me exactly what I have to do. Once I do one, I'll be able to do the rest.
