Good afternoon Treefam.....It was a fun day today....not that long...and even a short ride to get there.....(45 mins).....

W day down, they forcasted 87 degrees, we hit 100. Said in the summer we can just add ten degrees to the forecast, had lots of cold water and poured it on my head and added the sun hat, which soaked it up and cooled me down greatly. Must be something in the air @angelphyre at the intersection from view of us, four accidents today. Amazing, the last required two fire trucks and two police cars, and you seem to not be getting notifications to "that thing"

The main accident last night that started it all was a really bad one...they had to helicopter out the people and one of them didn't make it...overall for the 3 accidents, I counted at least 15 cop cars, 6 ambulances and 3 fire truck/rescue vehicles...the interstate was a sea of blue and red.

Thanks for the heads up on "that thing"...will go check it out...yeah my notifications seem to be hit and miss lately.

G'Nite Uncle!

Picked up an old Savage 30-30. Spotted while doing the initial walk thru, took a small look and moved on. A bit later it kept coming back in my head so I went back for a better look and it just felt right. Kind of strange getting something like that with all the others that were there. Was hoping to find a good deal on a Winchester model 94 .32 cal.

Now I need rounds, scope and a few other things for it.

Although it is nothing really specific or from the man himself yet, I finally got some information about "GMO" . . . Yes - Both he and his partner are "Safe and Sound" after moving to PA - they are now living with his son "Acorn" & fiancée (and grandchild too) . . .

Morning all, well Uncle has been on a few contest threads thanking people for their tags of him and responded, must not be in the mood to chat. More like where is GMO, Ranger, Mandi, Fuzzy and Amlowe?

Talked to the realtor yesterday because my tax information was sent to the old location and I have no key. She said she would check today as ex father in law was over there cleaning up and mad. Mad at me I asked, no mad at his daughter. She has done nothing to move her furniture or her things, and even has said no to the offers given for the house.

It is about to be foreclosed on, and the highest bidder went and talked to the ex father in law yesterday, he stated they would not make one mortgage payment. So they do not keep any of their word, I am glad to be getting away from them, and maybe one day my girls will see it.

If he can talk any sense into her and take something instead of nothing it will be sold by this Friday, but she wants $90,000 more for the house and it would take almost that much to make it worth that much.... can I say she is ......ed?

Glad to be done at the office for today - been another hectic week and more to come. Only doing a half day tomorrow - got a couple things that need to be done - hope it goes quick so I can go do some other fun stuff for a bit then maybe have some relax time.

W day went downhill fast. Get there and wonder why pit bull is not parking in his god spot and near the supply garage, he was demoted for lack of computer skills, typing, word processing and bidding or keeping schedules. So he is back in the field, but they also decided to mix it up as they have a few teams that do so little. So guess who I am with now? drum roll please......... gangster whose every other word is N this and n that, and I can find him more times on his phone playing pool or some war game, some other game and hiding. Joy.

Well time to hit they hay and say night, but ya I think.... and wonder what part still makes you so riled up? Is it the liberal side that is saying keep up the riots and let there be blood? The screaming of teenagers at college instead of the actually value of conversation, I have done well for a long time to not go there, and can show you all the video evidence in the world. But I am going to pass and say yes again I think and think of it often.

Where were all those riots when people were not happy under Obama for eight years.... oh yeah did not happen. Night.

I'm amazed at what seems to end up in the freeway. Today, it appeared to be a door to a truck panel or something... It was white, flat-ish, and metal--and I didn't see it until too late since it was shielded from view by the truck changing lanes in front of me. I almost made it past, but my tire clipped a corner of it and POW! there I am riding the car in a coast with the occasional pump of the brakes (anti-lock would have made it uncontrollable if I had actually tried to slow normally) as I pull to the side. While the tow truck was changing my tire (I would have done it myself except drivers are crazy and I don't want to be out in the open changing a tire on my driver's side with cars whizzing by at 70-80 mph just a few feet away--the tow truck parks out a little bit and presents a big shield for that sort of thing), I saw two other vehicles pull over to the side of the road (one behind and one further up, past the next exit). Never made it to visit my mom (although I was one freeway exit away); had to turn around, take the surface streets all the way back to the tire place and wait for several hours to get a new one. I'll worry about the chipped rim and broken hub cap some other time...
