Astute as always, Mr. Mann.

I've essentially done what DVap recently discussed in another thread...tweaked the process for scale, split some things intuitively into smaller batches and combine, wash, repeat sort of stuff. I'm also now doing quality control as well. I might not have your palette, but I do agree with your assessment of this batch.

It's delightful. :toast:

I want also to thank lox for the samples and the recipe for a really, really good NET. I have to get the tobaccos involved but I can't wait to try my hand at making that one. Oh, and the Provari is working wonderfully. Your bottles are from the aforementioned batch as well. You are going to have the most amazing NET WTA! :)

Very few artists have my palette. ;) J/K

But seriously though, I have been vaping WTA-only eliquids as of late and your current batch (and hopefully all that will follow) is is sitting solid in that line-up. Really. Good job.

Woah! the new site looks great!

(Probably old news, but it's the first time I've looked at it in a while.)

Thank you! I want to publicly thank Ms. Paula Schultz, the graphic artist responsible, for such an awesome website, and logo, as well as the upcoming (very shortly) banner ads for ECF that she's done for us. Really excellent work, right in line with our desired approach, but eclipsing our expectations! Well done, Paula! Timely as well.

Artists rock.

Support art!

Right on.

:)

Hello everyone!

I am somewhat hesitant to say this, as it is an extraordinary claim, and also somewhat a subjective matter, but I believe I've found (created, stumbled upon through excellent customer suggestions, trail and error, etc) the HOLY GRAIL. Yeah, that's right, I said it.

It's not the tastiest e-liquid, or for that matter the tastiest NET I've had. What it is, is something I've been reading for years now can't be found in an e-liquid. It is an extremely cigarette-like vape. Remarkably. It's had some time to steep and initial tests were, if anything, conservatively positive. The combination of WTA and a NET made from cigarette tobacco is IT, folks...look no further.

Of course, I'll go back to unflavored once I'm done with all the testing (I am a bit woozy as I write this ;)) because I love it best, and don't particularly need or desire a cigarette-like vape (well, not always, but I bet with coffee or beer!) but I think people are going to be amazed. Rick and I decided it tastes like a Pall Mall. But that's subjective, certainly.

Won't be long now, we'll have this, and a menthol version (testers are coming lasttango, thanks for your patience) for sale on the site. DIY sizes/strengths coming soon as well!

Congrats, JF. Looking forward to what you got brewing in an actual WC bottle.

Exactly!

It will be available soon!

you need to keep my credit card info on file and automatically send a bottle from each new batch that gets processed. sure would save a lot of time and trouble. sort of like wta-of-the-month club. heck, it works for books ,music, and dvds, why not eliquid?

JF, what is your approximate percentage yield of WTA from tobacco? How much from how much (on average)? I thought it would be informative for your customers to see what the range is for how much tobacco you actually have to use to get a specific amount of WTA.

We get approximately 2.3 grams of WTA per kilogram of tobacco. I know this is a good deal less than CAN be extracted through other methods, but our method does produce a relatively clean extract for further processing.

So, I guess... it would be .23%

Damn. Welp, it is what it is. But I thought it should be info for others to see how little is actually obtained.

JF, let me tell you that the bottle I received today of WC's WTA is really good. I don't know if you have been tightening the screws or what, but this batch is very good. I might even say this is the best batch I've had. Keep pushing forward and never settle for "good enough!"

Mr.Mann, just wondering, did you notice a difference in taste or in the WTA effect/feel?

jfresh,

Have you considered offering a cheaper first class shipping option for small orders? I understand and appreciate that you ship 30ml glass bottles in a priority box. (I ordered once from a vendor that shipped 30ml glass bottles in an envelope and that made me rather nervous about breakage potential). But small plastic bottles could be shipped safely in an padded envelope. If you offered a 10ml plastic bottle, perhaps 1 or 2 bottle orders could be sent first class at lower cost. You can still get tracking/delivery confirmation with first class if you use electronic postage options (like stamps.com)

I don't go through a lot of WTA, I find a few drops in a tank of regular liquid does a lot to balance out the edgy feel I get with straight nic. 10ml probably lasts me a month. I could see myself ordering 2 small bottles every 2 months.

First class shipping would probably be attractive to new users who just want to try one bottle. $5.80 for priority adds 50% to the cost of a single 10ml bottle.

I will remain a loyal customer, no matter what you decide.

Trust me, as someone who deals a lot in shipping (both ways), I could always use the couple bucks off. But, then again, I have pretty much moved to all Priority shipping for professional needs, but small things will remain First Class.
