I have been having problems with my mod, which require that I email Marcus. EVERY time I have sent an email via the web site contact page I have received a response in a day or less. Also, I immediately receive a response from the web site that my email has been sent. If you do not immediately see the "mail received" message from the web site, I would start looking at spam/junk folder.

I'm open to other options including rbas. I like the 306 but I don't want a plastic tip on there and am worried about heat transfer with the steel ones. What are you guys using? Part of the appeal to me of the bogger box was the nice look of the wood. I don't want to detract from that with a plastic drip tip.
I made a mistake order a few weeks ago. I called this guy and he called me personally, took the charge off my card all within 90 minutes.
I think people are forgetting that they are ordering custom mods. The "I want it now" mentality is understandable. I know that I'd love to have mine back as I sent it in to be retrofitted with a new stainless switch and rba drip cup, but looking at how many are waiting on their mods, I understand that there is a line.
I'm sure that orders are filled in the order they were received, and I'm sure that Marcus is doing his best to get them done and shipped. I too have never waited more than a day for a response from Marcus and advise checking your spam folder.
Also, keep in mind that last week was a holiday. I don't expect ANYBODY in the USA to work if they don't have to. Last week was all about celebrating the 4th (and if you are anything like me, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th... you get my point)
Again, these are hand-made to order. They are amazing pieces of art, and well worth the wait. Kick back, have a vape, and when he is finished with your mod, you will be happier than ever.

I have driptipdesignz making me a custom stainless steel/carbon fiber with purpleheart wood inlays to match my box. She's going to be a beauty! My only fear is that my other mods will become overpriced paperweights!

Have you checked with the customs office? I remember some years ago I sold a replica light saber on ebay to an overseas buyer and it went missing. Turns out customs had it with no additional info until the buyer went there and they released it to him as a "toy". I guess they thought it was a pipe bomb!

Where do you make the adjustments on the DNA? With the door off, or is there an external set of buttons?
I held off on the DNA but 18 watts constant power is becoming more and more appealing. The extra size required for any power regulated mod has deterred me but I could just make it a home mod so the size wouldn't be so much of an issue...hmmm
Xobe, I think the adjustments are made with the door off.
I have the VV bogger and i'm guessing the DNA is close to the same size. I carry mine all the time. That was the whole point of getting this mod. All day use, never need to drip or refill.
