Yes man, but where is my fxxking tracking number? How do i check with USPS without any detail?
Im already ask for it and no response.

Woah, chill out man. No idea why you are hollering at me. I am not Marcus nor do I work for him. USPS does not have tracking outside the USA from what they told me when I had problems with them losing stuff I shipped in the past. I just know they are really slow, they told me in my case not to expect anything for at least 30 days from the time I shipped it, and that was for packages within the USA. International and customs makes it even more of a mess I would think.

Marcus said he would update you when he had more info and I am sure he will, he has always done so in the past from what I have seen on here for the last year since I have been following his work. If you haven't gotten any info, it's most likely because there is nothing new to report.

I know it has to be frustrating for you but cursing at people here on ECF who have nothing to do with the process doesn't really help anything. All I can say man is be patient and it will get resolved eventually. I feel for ya.

Im having a bit of an issue. I ordered 2 boxes on may18th. A zebra/zebra standard box and a dna box in leopard/ ironwood burl stabilized green endcaps. After the month wait (which the website said to expect) i emailed marcus to check on my status. He replied that the laquer was drying and it was schedualed to ship the following tuesday. I waited 1.5 more weeks but still no email of tracking info. I emailed again asking for tracking info and status and waited a couple days for a reply. He said they shipped that day and that he would send me email attached photos. I waited another week. (Still no tracking/and no photos.). He replied within 48 hrs with pictures. My zebra box looks absolutly fantastic. My dna one had no coloring to the caps/inlays. I emailed him back and brought up my concern. I still have no tracking info. (He stated he is out of state and would call his shop to figure out whats going on). Going on 4 days without any reply with either tracking info, OR my new biggest concern. My dna box with no color in the caps/inlays. I feel in the dark. I spent 376 dollars on these products and this purchase is becoming kind of stressful to me now. I am currently deployed. My mail still ships usps directly to me. Fully trackable and never touches foreign customs. I have tried to call his shop but never get a response. His email replies are very slow as well. Im leaving my deployed location in 2 months. Im beginning to wonder if ill leave here with my order as specified with me. Im biting my nails waiting. Lol. Hopefully the product will be worth the whole ordeal. I need some interaction with this business to calm my nerves and at least know whats going on.

Im also questioning why i was told they shipped twice. But i have not received any form of usps tracking info. Ive ordered several rba's, juices, and other items from us venders. Even a reo grande and multiple batteries from fasttech. ALL of these purchases included tracking numbers through usps and have arrived to me within a week of when they depart the last sorting facility. If my boxes have shipped. (He said they did, saved the email), then why no tracking info?

im agree with u man. same case with me. the update in the pages said it shipped but no tracking info. the modder also dissapear.
its not cheap for what i pay.

I just don't get what is going on. Try e-mailing directly to sales@boggerboxmods.com. I have always received timely responses from marcus, and I got my box back with the needed upgrades (with a tracking number) within a total of about 2 weeks from the time I shipped it until when I got it back.

AS of July 1 2013 any customer order box will take between 30 and 40 business days MON-FRI not including any holidays to complete before shipment is made.

:( I'm probably lumped in with that group that have to wait longer since my order was placed the 23rd of June (at time of order, it was estimated at 3 weeks). D'aww... I was all excited.

*twiddles thumbs* Gave away my eGo to a friend just yesterday. haha :p Will have to just use the Gripper for a couple weeks.

I received my Mods on July 6th, ~9 weeks total from my initial order date, I don't consider that excessive for two Custom Mods that look and work flawlessly. The extra week was because Marcus wasn't happy with one, and re-finished the Lacquer prior to shipping.

Makes sense since he's counting only Monday to Friday. :)

I completely understand the wait - I'm on a few custom knife lists that are months, if not YEARS out from even getting to my name let alone the process of even making it.

I'm just still too excited (especially relative to the aforementioned wait times). I hope it'll be in my grubby little hands in time for my Vegas trip in late August.

Just some note. Irwanizam case and me is the same. I bought the box on behalf of him. So here is the full details. Placed an order on 21st of april. Received notification that the status of my box changed to shipped on 24th of may(NO TRACKING NO). Package shipped to portland,Oregon which is to my forwarder company(NOT TO MALAYSIA). Send an email to him on 8th of june to ask the status regarding my package. I believe shipping in the US wont be that long. I've been dealing using the forwarder for almost a year now. So i know something is wrong here. Sent another email on 18th of june failed to get a reply. Send another email on 21st of june and he replied that package is already shipped and he has no control over it. That's fine for me i know it's not his fault if USPS ....ed things up. Been regularly emailing him after that requesting for any reference no. to that package and failed to get a reply. When some of you told us to check with the customs, i dont think shipping in the us will include customs. I did ask my forwarder and they asked for any reference no. so they can check it for me. Im not blaming anybody here. I just need any reference no that is related to the package so i can stop bugging you. I'ts been 6 month and counting waiting for my caravela so time is clearly not an issue here. Marcus i hope i can get a reply from you. I'm tired emailing you without getting any reply. If there's a problem do let me know. Thx and have a nice day.

Hi All,
I'm totally enjoying my DNA20D, it's worth the wait.

I really like that unlike the other electronic VV Mods there is no menu system.
With one glance I can see Battery Life, Ohms, Volts and Watts.

Under load the Voltage was reading between 4.32 and 4.38 instead of the 4.5V that are showing on the screen. I believe this small fluctuations are based on the change in Ohms of the Atomizer.

Really I had to change my mindset, I'm used to setting a VV unit and seeing a .2v or so drop under load. The DNA20D chip is intelligent it is putting out the Volts necessary to make the Watts proper. This is demonstrated with the use of the Ohms Calculator where I plugged in the Watts Programmed along with the resistance of the atomizer, than compared what my Tankometer shows the output of Volts is. It shows that there is no voltage drop. This APV is based on Watts!

I plugged in 17.1 Watts and 1.1 Ohm and it figured out the rest. The 4.32 is how many Volts to get a 17.1 Watt vape. So there is no Voltage Drop as this APV is based on Watts not Voltage. The .06V fluctuation can be explained by the lack of stability of the Atomizer.
