Hey it was the end of a long day, I know it's rba but I just didn't want to redo the whole thing.
Thanks for watching it.

This video is uncut and done in 1 take.

believe me my friend, I understand..been there done that! I spent the better part of 20 minutes last week talking to a friend of mine about improvised explosive devices, and kept calling them IUD's..he just let me go on and on..says later he just wanted to see how many times I would say it.

Just set up a 1 Ohm atomizer on my Bottom Feeding Variable Volt Bogger Box and Reomizer.

Forgot to change the setting and to my surprise it pushed out 4.9V
That's 5 Amp 24 Watt Vaping. Wow!!!
By the way the circuitry and internal box was cool as a cucumber.

I did lower it to 4.5V because I'm breaking in a FC-2000 porous ceramic wick and so early in the game
it couldn't wick fast enough. We'll see in a few days.

The FC-2000 tastes very clean.

Greetings everyone. I'm going to be getting my first standard BF Bogger Box in a few days (if all goes well). I bought it on the classifieds...it was just too good a deal to pass up (and I'm financially pinched atm). I figure if I like it as much as I think I will...I'll get another new one from Marcus. Meanwhile, this one will serve as my "birthday present" this year.

Now..to my question: I am wanting to try out an RBA. It'll be my first shot at it, and I'm not even sure I'll like messing with it...but do want to try. I will ONLY use the RBA on the Bogger Box. I know most people recommend things like the Reo atomizer or ERA or some other thing that costs $40 or more. Thing is...I mentioned in the previous paragraph...my finances are really limited. I am looking at something a bit less of a "commitment" at this time. Something to get my feet wet with. I had just about zeroed in on the A7 (I really wanted the one Marcus sells on his site...but it's out of stock. sigh) and read a lot of good reviews on it, but here on ECF there is all this chatter about "wobbles" and "loosey goosey" and shorting things out and such. Is it REALLY that bad? If you don't alter the height of the connector post (I wouldn't think you need to with the Bogger) then isn't it stable enough? If it's really not a good idea...isn't there ANYTHING out there that costs under $25 or so that I could try out for a RBA on my Bogger Box? Something easy that I can use prewrapped coils on and such...maybe something that isn't totally ....-ugly?

Pweeze????

A7 is good atty, i use it (have 4 pcs) for many months on vmodxl (with adapter) and 3 others mods build with BF system from Marcus (You need large diameter cup - write to Marcus). Center post is ok, i can say that in Marcus BF system its self adjusted. But remember - never too much strong ;)

I'm not sure what "never too much strong" means. Don't take hard hits? Or what?

This is a picture of my new Bogger Box ..remember, I'm getting it from the classifieds, so I don't really have a choice in the drip cup. But I THINK it's the large one? http://s51.photobucket.com/user/jwelborn/media/IMG_5232_zps299d47ad.jpg.html Looks like it to me, anyway.

It is really going to depend on what size cup you have on it and you probably will not be able to tell for sure until you get it. There is really only one good option under $20 and that is the A7 if you have the big cup or A7 mini if you have the standard. Unfortunately it is not possible to always tell from the outer diameter of the cup, although I agree, it does look like the bigger cup from the photo. It is the inner that tells the story. You will need to be able to measure the bottom of the drip cup when you get it. if it is 14.2mm or bigger, then you can use the A7. Smaller is A7 mini territory.

They are easy to modify to fix the shorting issue. I simply unscrewed the bottom screw out of the 510 connector and wrapped it with dental floss and screwed it back and have never had any problems with them.

Congrats on your first Bogger!!
