Congrats your unit , looks beautiful.
I strongly suggest that you pony up the money and pick up the ReoMizer 2.

They work great and are the easiest to rebuild.
I have 2 of them. A7 is a harder build and you do risk a short if not careful with the center post.

I hope to "pony up" and get a more substantial rba at some point...if I even like messing with it (tbh..I really love the 2ohm pro spec slant coils from Vapage, but thought I ought to give rba a chance). I just want to see if RBAs are something that is for me. I'm not a high wattage, uber LR type vaper. Pretty pedestrian...I like 2ohm on 3.7 volts. Hate a overly warm vape and violent TH. So testing watt limits isn't on my radar! lol! If it turns out I enjoy the tinkering and like the vape...then I'll look at that reomizer gizmo, more than likely.

This guy actually called me personally and credited me back the money already (Marcus). He was extremely cool on the phone about it.

I thought they were ALL bottom feeders and the only difference was size. Thanks for saving me.

I'm going to make a custom order just cant decide on the woods. Anyone know of a place I can see actual photos of the different boxes with the woods. One of the ones I'm looking at is Paduk but doesnt seem available anymore.

that's Marcus for ya!

The website used to have a pretty extensive gallery, but since the re-design, I can't seem to find it. Of course, you can just look under all the categories and open new tabs to get a nice close look at a ton of combinations of different woods.

I'm the most clumsy and untechnical person alive. If I can do it trust me anyone can.
You are going to love RBA, why because you can make it exactly the way you like it. !!!

Here are my tips on RBA for the VV Bogger Box
[At Least 30 Hours of Research in 1 post]

The best priced performing RBA [Arguably] is the Reomizer from reosmods.com . It's really easy to build.
They plate the bottom with ceramic so it won't ground out and you can keep the wick close to the squonk hole for superb wicking at $45.00 it's a great price.

I have an A7 but it scares me, they have a reputation for center post going out of alignment and shorting the APV.

CAREFUL ERA MAKES A BOTTOM AND TOP FEEDING VERSION. BUY THE BOTTOM FEEDING.
Dripping totally defeats the purpose of a Bottom Feeder.

Buy your Kanthal Wire at Temco it's really inexpensive. http://www.temcoindustrialpower.com/search.html?t1=KANTHAL&sort=price+-+lowest

I suggest that you buy 30G or 32G, I used 29G in a 5 wrap but that might be tough for a beginner.
You'll want to build an Atomizer slightly above 1OHm to take advantage of the DNA20D although I've seen Videos of it Kicking .... on sub 1 Ohm Atomizers.

Wick
Don't bother with regular silica wick, cotton, bamboo etc. The following with possible exception of the German Silica don't burn. You put a blow torch to them and they glow cherry red and don't burn. So avoid the burned taste and go avante garde.

The bomb is Braided Ceramic
1/32 XC-116 Ceramic Wick Kiln Treated 0.79 mm – Big Tex Vapor

Also if you prefer Stainless steel [Old School] you can buy pre-rolled pre-oxidized for $2.00 a wick
Stainless Steel Mesh for DIY atomizers (Pre-Oxidized)

If you want to be new wave than Eko Wool from Russia
EKOWOOL Silica Wick - Kidney Puncher

or
I've heard raves about German Silica
Wick and Wire : Silica Wick

I bought batteries in advance and the best deal out their is
$10.51 Panasonic CGR18650CH Rechargeable 2250mAh 3.7V 18650 Lithium Batteries 2-pack - authentic cells / 2-pack at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
at $5.50 a piece delivered whoa, by the way these are the high drain model. [Going by Model number]

I bought 3 Two Packs. These batteries have received raves on the forum. They say that it's the same battery that Orbitronic sells just way lower price.

Fasttech is in Asia and the lead time for an order is around 10-14 calendar days.
Be careful to check the address when they mail you confirmation on the first order, there system totally bolluxed it.
Customer service was good and it was shipped within 2 days of when I straightened out the address error.

A non mainstream choice in batteries are the

Sony US18650VTC3 they are rated at 30 AMps [Not a Typo]
They have short circuit protection and collapse if they heat too much.
Couldn't resist trying them especially for my mechanical.
Bought on FleaBay and arriving at end of week.
Found on Fasttech for less just now

Good Morning Everyone,
I'm so glad I made time this A.M. to check this thread-thanks so much Tom and Kabonk for your input. Wow,Tom,this is quite the reply. I will take your advice. I'm so glad that I didn't use the A7 on my new box,as I've not received mine yet,and it sounds like that is a good thing from reading your reply. Now,I'm afraid to use it on anything I have given what you've written. I had actually put it to the side until my box arrived. I will definately check out the Reomizer for sure-Thanks so MUCH!
As far as batts,I have been disappointed with the fastech batts I ordered, the same as the ones you recommend. Maybe I just got a pair of duds. Mine only charge to 4.1v and seem to drain much quicker than the ones I had from Orbtronics. My Orbtronic ones charged to 4.2v all of the time and seemed to last longer between charges. I'm not sure if mine are the same as yours, but I believe they are the same ones- I will check my link to see if they are the same ones. You sound very happy with yours and as I've said, perhaps I just got duds. Are yours charging to 4.2v? I really hope that I did just get duds as the price is great for these. I just picked up two more of the orbtronic ones because of my experience so far,but now that I read your post, maybe I just got a pair of duds.
I purchased the kanthal 32,31 and 30 and will try that ceramic wick you listed. It definately sounds like you've been around the block with this stuff, and I'm such a newbie as I've only rebuilt my protank wicks and have watched a BUNCH of vids on rebuiding the ERA and AGA type devices and feel like I could do it.......well, at least I hope I can.....this remains to be seen, but at least I feel confident about it.
As far as the subohm and low ohm, I can tell you that I don't vape high voltage or wattage. I remember when I first got my reo and had 2ohm atty, mind you I had a short atty and small drip tip,but I so burned my mouth that I actually sold my reo. With this experience I don't have fond memories of vaping on low amp?(not sure) attys. I've been building about 1.8ohm on the protank, but it is so different. I ordered an atty from BoxMods, but I think I need to use a long barreled atty or a very long drip tip with it. Any advice on this?

Thanks so much for your guidance. I can't afford the Reomizer just yet,but I will be looking to get one of these in the very near future.

I ordered mine on 4/30 and it was shipped on 6/10.

Uhoh............hoping this won't be the case.I know that Markus was running behind, very behind schedule during the days that you ordered as he had many issues going on with his website, etc, but I believe he finally got caught up after that, around the end of May,so maybe you were just on the tail end of that.
