Brew, I really enjoy my Semovar/kayfun combo as they are made for each other and the Semovar is a very well built mod and extremely dependable, plus versatile as you can use all three bat sizes.

Try a little Deoxit Gold on your Reo contacts and battery ends. I have found it superior to Noalox and No-Ox-It. Much cleaner and smoother.

I finally got to meet Brutus tonight!

pabymu6e.jpg

Glenn is an awesome dude, and we are hoping to go check out his b&m on the way home! Today was vendors only day so I'm really hoping to get a chance to meet some more collectors tomorrow!

The humidity is crazy here in Florida, and makes using the swipe to type feature on my phone really difficult! I'll check in again when I find some AC! :p

Wow B & B! What a great image. I really never expected to see Brutus smile  All kidding aside, I like Brutus as a fellow Buckeye and knew he had to have a lighter side.

Thanks Sedge! I'll have to check that out. My other REOs are fine as I took my Mini 2.0 out with the 1.0 and they both hit fine. I must have screwed up the particular Grand I'm currently using and need to figure out what's up. I'm into my 7th week on the same coil so that too maybe having some bearing. I dry burn it and rewick it weekly but I've never had an issue until I installed the new gold-plated spring and firing pin. I have (2) of every REO metal so I'm going to switch to my backup Grand and see if the problem follows the mod versus the battery. I switched to some 2250mah "Orbtronic" Panasonic-based 18650s and the positive button diameter is a few millimeters smaller than the AWs I've used forever.

The only REO that matches and some times bests the Kayfun(on a regulated mod) is the VV Grand with the REOmizer 2. I'm really having a dilemma in paradigm-shifting since all I take out of the house are the REO mechanicals. The VV Grand is still too big and especially around Indy now that the Nicotine Nazis (ANTZ) have sown their seeds in making vaping a less-than-desirable behavior. I'm sure I'll figure it out and fully expect just about the time I switch over, Robert will start making DNA 20 & 30 minis that will make me run back to the mothership(REOsmods.com). I wish everyone a great evening. Brew

Morning Tripsters! Hope this finds you all well.

Burt love the round stands my only question is will all 3 tiers have the holes to hold trippy tips?
Brew when in August will you be at Bert's?

Im so excited ill be meeting up with Wharf next weekend for the Vape Summit here in Vegas. Just what I needed to help me get out of this funk I've been in.

Bert thanks so much for scoring me some JTJM juice.

I also want to thank you all for the kind words and friendship you have given me. That has also helped me with this funk. Im slowly getting back the the old jim and thank you.

Hope you all have a great weekend. Love and hugs to you all.

Thinking about going around the latter half of August but still haven't finalized. We're driving down to Alto, NM then up to Bert and Beata's and then over to Mrs. Brew's longest-time-lived hometown of Mascoutah, IL. We were planning to go from Bert's to basically St. Louis on one-leg to spend time with family and friends. Are you thinking about a rendezvous?
