I'm back safe and sound to Colorado! I spent the evening settling in and unpacking and today it's back to work! I will be remodeling the studio this week to provide more room and better organization.

I think a sale is in order as well! How does Friday the 28th sound to everyone?

Well went for a follow-up with doctor today. And he has ordered me to get back to the gym and also to take Pilates and yoga classes. Sigh
