Wow I feel the whole of Trippyville is cheering me on. This makes my heart sing. You are all so special. I had the worst conversation yesterday telling my quadraplegic I would be off work for 12 weeks in June. I needed to give him as much time as possible to find a replacement for me. I cried he cried what a mess. He has never seen me upset before so it was quite a shock for him. I just couldn't hold it all in any longer, very unprofessional of me I know but I feel so close to everyone I look after and hate letting them down. I am getting soft in my old age.

I'm LAZY. Don't have time to count calories, carbs, etc. And want to eat easily at home, parties, restaurants, etc.
NO carbohydrates in diet => body starts to secrete Fat Mobilizing Hormone => start using fat stored in body for energy needs.
Atkin's diet has multiple levels => "complicated"...so I just use their first level. (It says "be sure you're also getting your 12 to 15 grams of net carbs" but I just eat foods on list and figure these 12-15 net carbs will "sneak in" without me counting.)
Can eat as much of all foods on list as want to...whenever you want to.
One "rule"...if not sure if you're hungry or not...EAT!!!
It's SO easy...multiple foods on list...when you're hungry EAT!!!
Last time I did it after about 4 months my GF asked me to go back to "normal diet" because she said I was beginning to look like I was in a "concentration camp"!!??!!

I switched to low carbs (veggies & salads) and eliminated rice, potatoes, pasta, bread for a month and lost 4 pounds - felt like it should have been 40!
I had done this diet before with greater poundage loss and was trying to figure why I lost so little. I gave up artificial sweetners during the same period and switched to coconut palm sugar with my coffee in the mornings -- and switched from diet sodas to fruit juices like pomegranate/cranberry, cranberry/grape, cherry... I would mix 1/4 juice with 3/4 water... I think the sugars got me and sabotaged my efforts!
When I have to diet, I just want to DIE because I love rice and bread the most!

Ok, this is not Trippy related, except for the fact that my husband is vaping with a Trippy Tip on his new Provari mini, but I trust y'all's advice. He is looking for good mint, not menthol flavored juice. I can't help him with this at all, as I'm strictly fruits and bakery vapes. I'm not sure which direction to point him in, but I'm hoping you guys may have some suggestions.
Also? I started WORKING today. It's only a temp job, but it feels so great to have employment again!

Ahlusion or Virgin Vapor have very good natural mint (not menthol) flavors either singly or mixed with other flavs
Tah dum! I give you a new wider bore style connection! Note that these do not have 2 grooves, but are a very nice fit. The bore on the connection is a lot wider than the classic TrippyTip which makes for a very airy draw. Sedge you almost killed me when you guessed the surprise

Amazing timing, needed to order some off the shelf supplies for some of my noobs. They also have a tip in the sweet gold metal color!
THis guy is my widest bore. The top is sorta counter sunk works great for dripping. Looking forward to the muffler for <.5ohm fancy coils on this passthrough dripper.

As for minty, depends on the mint flavor he wants... The kringles curse from halo was a tasty peppermint. I've had spearmint from a few that I liked, but it's been a while and I don't remember from where, I'll have to rummage through my older stuff and see if I still have any of the bottles so I know where they came from.
I have a chocolate mint something from KBV that I like, tastes like an andes mint candy.

Good morning tripsters! I have a nice three day weekend here I've given myself. Winding down from school. Have a presentation and a final. Still two more months of clinical, but it will be nice to focus in that without class work to distract me!
