Wow, slow week.
Hi all, hope y'all have had a great week!
We're gearing up for Mardi Gras around here. Personally, I'm planning on hunkering down and getting some work done, as I've got Monday and Tuesday off. Gonna put on a pot of red beans & rice and just go from there.
So Bert, any word on when you'll be releasing the next round of Plasma's?

So all of the stress of opening a new business and now being in high demand drove me back to stinkies a few months back. I still vape half the time, but I'm having trouble resisting the cigarettes when I'm at work and now they have me with upper respiratory infections, sinus infections, ear infections etc. I've got to get back to just vaping. How do you guys fight the stress urges? Everyone around me smokes, so I can't just stay away from them. But I gotta quit with the smoking again. :(

If you vape at a lower nic, like say 12mg, try keeping some higher nic around, 24mg, for times of stress. That ought to help.
And don't persecute yourself for lapsing, it happens.

What Grr said. I'm vaping at 6 mg. right now, but I keep a bottle of 12mg Boba's around fro just those occasions. You might also change your mod: I find for example that my Magma gives me more of a rush than my KFL. And Amber, always remember: every cigarette we don't smoke is a victory.

Amber. Keep higher nic around like others said and make sure you have an effective mod and atty that produces a satisfying experience.

Yup, that's what I was going to say. increase the nic. When I started vaping, I was vaping at 24mg. Then I went down to 18mg at night, then 18 all day. now I'm at 15-16 all day, but still have some 18 around. some people just need more nic....maybe it's my ADD....

I'm using 24 already, I know a lot of suppliers don't do anything higher than that. Is probably need a 36 but I'm not sure who carries it? Maybe a new atty would help. Sounds like everyone really loves the kayfun?

Amber, I love my Kayfun. If you're new to rebuilding, it arguably is the easiest to build and use, especially if you can score a Plasma tank from Bert. That said, it's persnickety: too much wick, you get dry hits; too little, it leaks, even with the Plasma. And the airflow's not great and is a hassle to adjust. If you're willing to carry a bottle of juice around with you, I'd recommend a Magma (you'll probably have to settle for a clone; they carry them at Vivid Smoke). Great adjustable airflow, easy to set up either as a single or dual-coil build and great flavor. I'm looking at this one as well:

I'm using an aspire nautilus right now. It's not bad, not as good as my old bliss or ihy, but I can't lay those down without leaking.

You could try one of the new kanger subtank minis, they have .5 ohm coils so that should give you quite the nic hit. They also come with a rebuildy part as well so you can always do that too. Perhaps keep one around for high stress situations and then just switch out to the subtank, just make sure you have a device that will fire a coil that low and that it can go up to 25/30 watts to get the most out the subtank.
